Regal Reseau has the most supporting staff, and cleanest rooms and facilities you'll find in and around Negombo. The price is extremely fair for the services they offer to it's guests. Infinity pool, the view at the brown's beach from the highest place possible, a drink under the night sky, comfortable and clean rooms with TV, Fridge, phone by the bathroom, safety lockers, balcony, fully digitalized AC, Light controllers and door note... It was such an amazing experience. This place in one word qas the perfect to celebrate our birthday weekend.

My stay was during Coronavirus. Staff were very inviting and calm but also the rihht amount of clean and cautious to make me feel safe. Great facilities but not a lot of seating on rooftop so that wasn't ideal but all around, great place. Thank you again to the wait staff, front desk staff, cleaning staff and management for the great work.

Amazing stay”
Loved our stay here! Big, clean and modern room with a very comfy bed! The breakfast was delicious and the dinner was also very nice and affordable! The pool is gorgeous! Only problem is the limited sunbeds meant we didn't get a bed but still enjoyed our time

Ideal stop after arrival”
Stayed at Regal Réseau for the 1st two nights of our trip to Sri Lanka.. Ideally situated. Staff were very good and rooftop pool and bar was very relaxing.... Situated only a few meters away from the beach but unfortunately not the best part of negombo beach. This is approx 10 minutes walk further along. We walked to the fish Market also approximately 30 mins along the beach.. All in all a Very nice Hotel and would recommend after a long flight... but Negombo is not for us.

Beachfront hotel!”
We arrived quite late into Sri Lanka so decided to book a hotel close by rather than heading into Colombo. Regal Reseau was perfect for us! Located about 15/20mins away from the airport, this newly built hotel was a great place to stop after a long flight! It's right next to the beach, I'd suggest going for a morning walk before breakfast to take in the views. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive.

Best place to stay in Sri Lanka!”
Just WOW! The hotel is beautiful and the pool is outstanding. The check in was smooth and fast and the staff was great! The manager even let us stay in the hotel for 12 more hours after the check out because our flight was later in the evening so we have been in the pool all day and it was fantastic. Loved the place so much!

It was 3rd visit to negombo and so far the best. Hotel is right on the beach.It is clean.The staffs are very professional and fast reacting.The rooftop pool is nice and overlooking the ocean. We will return.

Fantastic Value”
This is a truly 5 star place and so much better than the first hotel we stayed in near the airport even though the other one was part of a high-reputation chain. Location is great, buffet breakfast amazing, great curries for lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, superb infinity pool and extremely friendly staff.

Good location ”
Staff are very friendly and hostile. Great selection of food on the menu. Close to the airport so we actually ended up staying before and after Maldives. We had an early flight so they arranged breakfast parcels for us. All round a very good hotel.

Best stay in Sri Lanka ”
New hotel only open for 4 months. Full occupancy during our stay. It was the best stay during our 13-day Sri Lanka Trip. Friendly and courteous staff from front desk to restaurants, housekeeping, etc. Stylish design with spacious room and comfy bed, plus all the necessary toiletries, except toothbrush. Buffet breakfast was delicious and wide spread from local cuisine to English Breakfast, etc. Infinity rooftop pool with beautiful sunset in the late afternoon facing the seafront. Within 15 mins walk to Main Street with many choices of eateries. A stone throw to Negombo Beach. Less than 30 mins to airport. Best place to stay upon arrival from the airport or on last day for easy airport transfer. The only setback is that the music at the poolside bar was a bit too loud for us as we prefer tranquil atmosphere with jazzy music. Highly recommended for any travellers to Negombo.

Great stay - except for check-in”
When you see the photos, the hotel is wonderful. The rooftop area and infinity pool are spectacular. The location (right next to the beach is fantastic. The breakfast was great too. The only thing that truly needs a lot - and I mean a lot - of improvement is the check in process. It was absolute chaos, and not only for us but for everyone who tried to check in for hours while we waited. The staff were very confused and seemed like they had no idea what was going on. It is a relatively small hotel and getting a room cleaned then assigning it to a customer does not seem that complicated to me - but trust me when I say - in my hundreds (maybe thousands) of hotel check-ins, i have never seen a worse one.....besides that, it was a great stay!

We had great time there”
Me and my family stayed there just for one night, we had great experience there specially from the staff in general, they are very kind and responsive. We picked this hotel as it's near by the hotel and next day we travelled back home after our trip in Sri Lanka. My wife sujusted we should stay there every time we come to sri Lanka. It's good place clean good food with very nice views of the ocean and near the airport.

Well located with great roof”
We stayed one night and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Very close to the beach and a lovely rooftop pool. Check-in was slow, but other than that no complaints. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants. Would recommend when in Negombo!

A lovely modern hotel on the beachfront. Breakfast was a good buffet selection with fresh eggs/omelette cooked in front of you. The views from the dining room are fab! The rooftop pool and bar area was fantastic with live music when we were there and proved to be a perfect spot to watch a spectacular sunset. The room was modern, very clean with a super comfy bed. The staff were efficient and helpful.
