I do not know how to express but, this is our 2nd times stayed at this hotel where totally worth it!!! From the front desk to clean crew & kitchen team oh especially uncle swimming pool (he is sOo AMAZING!), all are AWESOME & GREAT!!! Unsure how the Management/ Team did it but, they are totally rock together & work like that’s their “home”! Talking about cleanliness, OMG, the smell that everytime they clean the room after customers check out, I will stay for awhile nearby & feels the nice aroma like in SPA! Thumbs up gaisss!!! Will definitely stay again when we come to Seremban!

Friendly staff and good location~!”
My family and I have a nice stay at here^^ At first it seems like there is some problem when we want to check it, we have wait for some times. Just when we almost get bored at waiting, the staff in front desk upgrade our room! =) The bellboy and other staffs are really friendly too! Our room are next to each other^^ The room are really clean and comfortable~ We thought the aircond are abit hot at afternoon. Many variety of breakfast and nice swimming pool! They even have a small playground for kids, tennis courts and spa~ Overall, we really like it! Thank you very much and keep it up^^

Short staycation”
It was an impromptu decision, to have a short vacation, since we are from Seremban itself (haha). Booked the room at 2.00 pm via Agoda app (very smooth booking) and checked in around 4.00 pm. The receptionist at the counter was very professional and attentive, good job Mr Megat! The room was clean, and no funny smell at all. Very comfortable bed and pillows too! Ahh and the fluffy towels, so nice. The view from my room was part of Seremban town, nice during the day but nicer at night. Smooth check in, smoother check out. Parking at basement was plenty, and FOC now.

If you are travelling to seremban, be it for business or leisure, please come to this hotel. Just this hotel. The room is clean, breakfast is superb and they gave great swimming pools (especially for kids). Dont go to other 'lousy' hotel in Seremban and dont get fooled by the other hotel's promotional posters. This is the best hotel as it used to be The Hilton Seremban (Now chamged to Royal Chulan because of the business take over matters) If you know the 'Hilton' standard, then you will never be reggretted of choosing this hotel. Perfect for both leisure and business.

Stayed a couple of years back and remembered that check in was fast. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of local dish. Main swimming pool with water fall is incredible since it's flat 5ft for the whole pool. There is also a children pool, and the pool attendant shared some children's plastic floating toys in the pool for them to play. Room is large and clean. Staff all around are incredibly friendly. Definitely somewhere I will return to if I plan stay over in Seremban.

Check In at 4pm, but the room is not yet ready due to peak season (2nd day CNY). I'm quite disappointed at the beginning (due to very tired) however the receptionist very politely apologies and asked us to enjoy the free Hi-Tea while waiting for the room to be ready. The room was spacious for Superior Room and has everything (mini bar, iron + iron board, toileteries (including toothbrush), kettle, coffee/tea, mineral water). Just missing the hair dryer but for me its okay. There's variety of food for breakfast, and delicious too! Pool is bigger enough for adult, and my child also happy for children pool. The guy that in-charge for the pool was very good! Very take care of you and your child safety. The hotel should award him with something because he is very reaponsible and friendly to all customers 😃 I will come back here again if happen to stay in Seremban. Keep it up for good service!

Spacious clean and comfortable hotel. Room are bright and spacious. Toilet is clean with bathtub and showering area. Staffs are helpful and always responce to customer with smilling face. Especially staff who take care of swimming pool. He is really show enthusiasm toward his job and task. Offering us ball and life save ring for my toddler whule he saw we bring nothing to the pool. Rm40 per pax for breakfast , expenaive and not worth the price.Overall ok

This is my second time staying in Royale Chulan Seremban.. sure will come in the future. Cume jumpa lipas 3 ekor di dalam bilik. keci je..but nice hotel and realy recommended.

Extremely slow check in (for almost 4 hours wait) but room is great”
The longest wait ever for check in on the day that we've checked in. Not sure if their system just slow or the entire hotel were packed, although the staff did try their best, but since I was travelling with my 3-years-old son, the 4 hours wait at lobby is terrifying for me. On a positive note, the room is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. My son loves the pool too.

Check in very late @ 2.00 am .Since it was too late, 1st timer and not many guests ,request to park FOC at lobby only for few hours - will be out at 7.00am , unfortunately was denied and told it is valet parking 😣. Bathroom was super clean. Matress and duvet so-so, not so impressive. Room is spacious and very clean 👍. Breakfast was good. Overall it was okay.

Everything is nice, only the breakfast and the changing room at the pool is not so ok..the breakfast maybe becouse of covid, not so many varieties. It used to be a lot of choices and i used to love the bread section..the changing room at the swimming pool is not so clean..everything else is nice and great. Tq.

A Nice Stay For All Of Us”
We stayed during Hari Raya eve and first day of Hari Raya. We would like to thank the hotel staff who are attentive to us. Room was spacious. Bed was huge. Kids enjoyed swimming pool time whilst I comfortably had my coffee and pastry by the side - very nice to have the restaurant and the pool next to each other.

Stayed here for a night. Has a nice view of the lake garden which is just outside the hotel. Walking distance to a mall, temple and other attractions in the city. There's dedicated carpark for guests too. The room was clean and comfy. Would advise offering better tea options. Lipton is just too basic. Breakfast was good but more local food than western.

The hotel is nice, old but cosy, but it lacks the space in the rooms over cramped space. Television set in my hotel room is very outdated and no Myfreeview channels available at that time although Astro channel is not many choices available. Luckily the hotel staff was upgrading my room from superior to executive room, a big thanks to them. Location is the best you will be near every thing there. And the best part is the hotel is near to the city public parks. The hotel is clean and the facilities is the best compared to others. The hotel staff are the best, very helpful, friendly and cool. But the breakfast menu needs some improvement. My over all view is a good place and don't forget to check out the hotel ongoing promotions or offer for the best deals.

Always the natural choice in Seremban. Luxurious setting and ambience all over. Near to city center and within walking distance. Room given was 721 and it was clean. The layout is practical and good for a small family. The pool is nice and beautiful. Book without doubt.

Although it may look and feel old, I’m suprisingly very satisfied with the hotel especially the service provided by the staff. Very helpful and kind. And I absolutely love their buffet spread for breakfast and we git the chance to have their dinner bbq buffet. It is worth every penny spent! Even the uncle at the pool is very thoughtful providing us with different floaties as our daughter is afraid of it. Overall it has been great stay!

You will even enjoy the lobby ambience with good hospitality by the staff. Room are spacious with bathtub separate to the shower. Delicious brakefast with variety choices of food. Swimming pool and spa will complete your vacation here. For muslims the facing mosque location and the sound of azan calling will make you calm. Suitable for family vacation. Recommended to all to stay here.
