The “Sanctuary” word in the name of this property really is most appropriate. ”
This fantastic, almost magical, place is a sanctuary from city or big town noise. It is a place to relax, to soothe one’s nerves, calm one’s worries away. The garden that showcases some of lovely tropical plants of Sibuyan refreshes one’s soul and is such a delight to see. Kudos to the amiable wife of the property owner who takes delicate care of the garden. My sister and I occupied one of the Hibiscus rooms. Its bathroom was very clean, provided warm showers and was more than adequately spacious. The bed was comfortable. Because our Hibiscus room was set on the hill facing the main ground we had a postcard-perfect view of the front yard and the garden. Yes, of course, my party of 5 absolutely will book this lodging again upon future return and absolutely highly recomnends it. Such a great pleasure to have stayed in this property. The staff were people-friendly and respectful.

The Best Place to stay in Sibuyan, Romblon!”
I am definitely going back to this place when I get the chance to visit Sibuyan again! There is a water dam just 20-30 steps away from the place where you can swim and relax. 5 mins away from the port and main town, while you can rent a motorcycle to roam around the island. You will be accommodated by the Owners themselves, and they will welcome you with a smile and great service. The place is amazing! If you would like to recharge your mind, body (and soul), you can relax by getting a break from the social media "chaos" for a while. You should visit this place guys, I highly recommend it! :)

The place to stay in Sibuyan Island”
Sanctuary garden is a great place to stay in. The area in it self is natural in setting. Rooms are clean, reasonably priced and they have good wifi in the restaurant. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had a wonderful stay.

Amazing Hotel ”
We absolutely loved the location and how close to nature this hotel was. It has a very large grounds that you can explore and enjoy your walks. The view of the mountain from the tree house were stunning. The staff were super friendly and the onsite resto is a good touch. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

only thing you could improve charge extra 100p per room an use extra money to put in a small swimming pool or take guests once a day to nearby beach where you have lounge chairs and shade from trees or umbrellas charge 100p for this

Relaxing stay at Sibuyan Island!”
Pros: Very good room, running A/C, hot and cold water, amenities, very quiet and peaceful place. There is a irrigation dam close to the property where you can enjoy swimming in a river. Good restaurant mainly catering filipino dishes with very good wifi. Free water. Room cleaning upon request. The owner and the staff are superb. Free pick-up and drop and Magdiwang port (ferry from Tablas and Romblon). Motorbike rental to explore the island. Cons: Because it is in a nature place mosquitoes can be annoying. Lack of wifi in the rooms. Need to climb a few steps to get to the private rooms but easy going. Limited food options for longer stays.

Nice hotel close to the port (5min away), Rooms are clean and comfortable bed. You can hire motorbike on site for 500p a day which is correct. They have a nice garden with animals ! Bad signal in the room, but you can use the WiFi at the restaurant. Food is good and test fresh. We really want to thank you the young guy at the reception, he was friendly and very helpful during all our stay! We wish you all the best !! Kevin & Stephy

Fantastic stay at the resort”
We (2 adults and 2 children aged 11 and 13 years) stayed at the Sanctuary for 4 nights and could have easily stayed for another 4! The rooms we had were large and very clean, bathroom likewise. The staff were helpful in giving advice or organising transport for trips for us. Food was tasty, slow on the service is my only negative comment but only a minor complaint. Definitely recommend this resort on the beautiful island of Sibuyan

Amazing but”
Everything was amazingly amazing especially food.. but one thing that broke all of our hearts.. employees would are insanely over-worked yet still forced to smile. They looked miserable with a huge smile on. Please hire more employees and pay them more.

Relaxing place!”
This place is beautiful, surrounded by plants and nature. We stayed in an executive room with big balcony and confortable bed! My favorite part is that it has a fresh water river where you can actually swim! For the food, I can recommend the hotsilog, pancit canton, banana pancake and the hamburger for snack! The rest was not special or tasty (we had at least 10 different things). The staff was friendly, specially there was a girl in the front desk who helped us all the time! The only sad part was that they had a monkey in a cage, I asked but the girl couldn't say why.

Here is his story: This Philippine Macaque was found abandoned and was recovered by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) on March 21, 2009 when he was about four weeks old. Separated from his mother and suffering from leg and eye injuries, the DENR has given official custody of this monkey to the owner of Sanctuary Garden Resort in the hope that they can survive abrupt weaning. When JR reached adult age to be brought back to the forest, it was considered he may not survive competition if he was re-introduced to wildlife. With stiff penalties, Wildlife Act, a Philippine law, protects these animals in the wild against poachers. Sanctuary Garden has officially adopted this Philippine Macaque and is committed for life to care for this animal. Thank you!
Relax in nature”
Beautiful located rooms/ private house. In the middle of nature with beautiful views. No direct neighbors and no outside noises. Very weak signal from telecom providers offer a good chance to cool down from using your devices. Food is worth the money but nothing spectacular. The manager knows the stuff but rest of crew is “on the job training”. Friendly but not necessarily helpful. There’s a big plant-nursery and the owners are more than welcome to sell some plants to you for reasonable prices. We enjoyed our little getaway

Peaceful place to stay”
This resort is really good. Everything is perfect including the owner. He assisted me all throughout our travel in Romblon and Sibuyan. The only main concern is, the employers/server of this resort is unprofessional and don't know how to attend customers needs properly. I think they need to adopt the customer level skills of Kuya Edgar. Once they already have it, everything on this resort is already perfect!

Relaxing and Quiet Place”
We stayed for 5 nights. If you need a quiet place to stay, this is the best place to stay in Sibuyan, Romblon. There is no mobile reception and WIFI though so if you need to be connected, you have to go out to highway or climb the hill where there is a hut.

.we have a nice and peaceful stay here for 1 night. the staff is so kind and the food is so good for a cheap price. if there is a chance to go there i will come back with other friends
