Perfect for a quick weekend getaway in Myrtle Beach”
The resort was surprisingly perfect. Very slight shortfalls, but nothing worth complaining about. Check-in was smooth - 4 folks working the desk - more problems with the people checking in and leaving their cars in the middle of the limited space out front -- but the team at the desk did excellent. Only one elevator, but easy access to stairs on either end made it easy if the elevator was slow. Room was very clean, beds comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly, shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Our room overlooked the pool and was ocean front. Ice machines on the first floor worked fine, never ran out. I was traveling with my 15 year old son, so he was hoping for strong internet -- not really working well, at least for us on the third floor, but not worth much of a ding on the hotel. Overall, great quick weekend at a great price. Thanks.

Completely adequate for the price. Our trip wash cheap and we got a clean room, a lazy river and a clean hotel with an ocean view Housekeeping was great and swapped out our towels and took trash daily. Two thumbs up.

Great hotel, during this pandemic my children were able to enjoy the pools without it being over crowded. Room was extremely clean!! I disinfectanted and wiped down EVERYTHING! No dirt or dust in sight! Great drinks at Tiki bar, hot dog stand was average. Great jacuzzi which is always my favorite part of trips. However I was there was one outside instead of just inside. They could get rid of that little kiddie pool which no one was in and turn it into a jacuzzi. It was extra hot on inside, had to open all the doors. Over all great stay close to strip.

Pleasantly surprised ”
I was a little worried after booking when I saw some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by everything. The building and furniture are a bit out dated. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating in every way possible. They went above and beyond. Our rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked great. A little too good sometimes. They got our trash daily and gave us clean towels daily also. We got in early and was given access to the amenities as soon as we arrived. They called when our rooms were ready (even earlier than original check in time). The water pressure and hot water for showers were great. Never had an issues with the elevators at all. The maintenance staff and cleaning staff were extremely friendly also.I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back here again. Everyone was super friendly. Perfect location, good price, super friendly workers!

Staff was always super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and they were constantly cleaning frequently touched services. Location was amazing. Pools and lazy river was fun. And great beach access especially if you’re pulling a wagon.

Fantastic Location & Accommodations ”
The Hotel has the perfect accommodations for anyone. Especially, with kids! It’s also in the Perfect location! I just wish they’d give me a job in maintenance!! I will definitely be back, and recommend to many others to try it as well!!! My wife and I and my kids are very well satisfied!!

Great price, ocean front ”
I was looking for a good hotel that wasn’t so expensive and I came across this one I was skeptical because the picture showing A old Fashion TV when I arrived I went to the room it was a nice room for the price with a more updated Tv. The staff came everyday with clean towels. We had a ocean front room with balcony. The kids loved the outdoor pool it also had a little tiki bar right there which was great to listen to music and have a good time . I would recommend it Especially for the price compared to the other

Sandcastle is a decent hotel. Nothing fancy but inexpensive and on the main strip. No complaints from one adult and two teenagers.

Wonderful location! Close to many cool places. The front ocean view is so relaxing and amazing! Very clean bedroom. I think it would make better stays in the future if the toilet in the bedroom got fixed and the front desk staff is more friendly and focused on the customer service being more attentive and welcoming with the guests. For the rest everything was wonderful!
