GREAT RESORT but...”

1. I think most of the rooms were overpriced and the resort need to upgrade the rooms, facilities, wifi coverage, hygiene, staffs if they want to stick with the current price. 2. Location is spot on but with other resorts, homestay and hotel will be built around the janda baik in next 10 years - the resort needs to upgrade their facilities and hospitalities to stay in game. 3. The room look old and even ants colonial can be found in the cabinet. Please make sure every room clean and hygiene to get return customers to come again to the resort. As for me, not until the resort take neccessary actions, we will not stay there anymore. 4. The resort is understaff. Thats the impact of covid19. Thus, many areas in the resort were not in appopriate order and rubbish all around the main hotspot area. 5. Facilities - off course need upgrade particularly in the room. However, the swimming pool is in great condition and we enjoyed it!

ants all over the rooms. also got termite that eaten up wooden in the room. expensive & no breakfast. not as expected or as per advertise by the management. totally not the same

3D 2N with families”

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights with 4 families. overall good, just nak santai with less activities. 2 days sewa bbq pit and not expected staff ada provide meja/kerusi/peralatan so it will be easier for us. we brought so many foods like kambing perap, daging, ikan, ayam perap for bbq, since no frigde we ordered ais 2 bags utk elakkan bahan mentah rosak/basi. sewa bbq pit pon tak mahal sgt, berbaloi la dgn harga utk indoor bbq. not allowed utk outdoor bbq masa ni. sampah2 kami kumpul satu tempat and ada staff kutip hari esoknya. its good! staff pon friendly. one of our chalet, toilet takde lampu then we called their maintenance staff and got fast action from him. plus, my cousin2 mandi pool dari siang sampai malam. mmg best! but not recommend mandi kat pool waktu malam if takde parents utk tgk anak2. hospital agak jauh so sila ambil langkah berjaga2. ada jugak karaoke room tapi a bit pricey. yg lain2 okayy and veiw sgt cantik.

Place was clean and quiet. A bit far from eateries, hard to find food at night. Good for group outings, but poor wifi reception.

Chalet is big, balcony facing the virgin forest. Breathtaking view, fresh air, and calm. Stunning place. Chalet wise, good and complete. Just that sewage from toilet produced smell on n off. Overall is great.

this place is suitable for team activities (team building) only. not really suitable for family with young children. the toilet need to be improve. quite dirty . please provide at least kettle to make hot water.

Chalet was nice..but”

Need improvement on landscaping. This place very nice but nothing except great stay. I was satisfied with the cleanliness, clean towel and the chalet itself. But our view is stuck by big trees. I think you should replace your herbs garden with fish pond or something nice to look at. The river is dry and look dumped. Maybe you guys can do something about it. This place got potential but it need more improvement to attract more visitors. This chalet is the best stay so far compare to the others stay we try at janda baik. The worst stay that we've been had, by the river but no lcd tv, old bathroom, no towel provided and the price very high.

My kids love the pool very much.. The receptionist is very polite and suggested the good restaurant for our lunch and dinner.. The surrounding view is amazing..

Nice place, relaxing, very quiet resort. a big room. i choose a room with 2 single bed, but got 3 single bed. so gooood! but the room a bit dirty. taik cicak on the floor. but its okey. the A-shape building looks like a new building, very nice. and also nice swimming pool. location, oke. near to restaurant. but a bit far from air terjun, xde la jaoh sgt, thankss..

I like that room is spacious. There’s toiletries, hangers, big cupboard to put your things, the tv channels are good. There’s fox movies! All is good except for the cleanliness. The bed sheets and the toilet are dirty.

Okay laaa, it is chalet-type and environment but after staying at another place in Janda Baik, I could compare and would rate this place very average.

Our room is at the A shape building. we checked in quite late about 9pm and was looking for the room number but since the number and door are same colour it was difficult for us to find the room. Resort needs to paint the number contrast with the door . We were also quite surprised to find out there is no soap/shower gel provided since we paid rm250 for that room. Even a budget hotels charging less than rm100 do provide a shower gel in the bathroom..i hope the resort will look into it as basic amenities like this is important to travellers.
