Feels like home, pleasant stay at Jungle Lodge 4 days 3 Nights ”
2 adults and 4 children overnight at Jungle Lodge. overall, the Lodge is large, attractively equipped with a refrigerator even though there is no kitchen facilities. Enjoyable baths for toddlers, very privacy-protected areas, have separate parking so there is no worry about distances. On the whole, we as a family feel safe, comfortable, happy and very rewarding.

Hidden Gem”
A beautiful villa in the foothills of Mt Kinabalu, just 15minutes drive from Ranau town! The villa is newly renovated and very clean, with all wonderful amenities & Astro TV movie channels. We ate dinner & breakfast in the Rainforest restaurant! We also went to hotspring first thing in the morning at opening time 8am, the whole place was ours to enjoy! I highly recommend this accommodation!!

Wonderful hotel in nature ambience”
Stayed in Kelicap room, it only hv twin bedding - no king/queen. Bathroom was huge. Hot shower, aircond were all in working order. Drinking water dispenser was just outside the room, so convenient. Breakfast was inclusive, it was a set that you choose from few options. Ample car parking, right across the room. The national park tickets are valid for 3 days if you are a hotel guest so I recommend to buy the tickets at KK national park (go look see there first), then reuse that tickets to check in to Poring national park. You can then hv unlimited entry to the park to ensure the hot spring. The hotel's restaurant is pretty expensive so you can consider to eat at the shops outside the park.

Spent a night at the palm villa with my family. The place itself is very gorgeous and adorable! The best thing about this place is the staff, they were so very accommodating and nice. The next best thing would be the breakfast, and my goodness the breakfast was divine! After we checked out we went to the hot springs which was just a mere 5 mins walking distance. Had the chance to explore the butterfly farm and also the canopy walk that had just the most amazing view. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here even if it was just for one night :)

Awesome Villa in the middle of a jungle”
Love the place soooo much. The villa is very cozy and spacious can fit 6-8 adult (if u dont mind sleeping in the living room). We didn’t leave the resort during the stay, spent 3 days & 2 nite there. There are so much activities to do in the resort itself. All areas in the resort and the outdoor are very well maintained, making our sightseeing so pleasant, well done! And the price, its a steal.

Spacious.. travel with 3 kids, extra bed with extra charges. Lunch can choose nearby cafes just outside the park. But dinner, no choice but to dine in @ rafflesia restaurant unless drive out to dine. One night stay, only covered the canopy walk, butterfly farm and soak in hot spring cause closing time at 3pm. If want to go to both waterfalls, better stay 2 nights. Staff really friendly and helpful. 👍

Simply The Best!”
The villa is one of the best resort hotel that we have been so far. Its like dream came through, the scenery is superb, English themed decorations, spacious hall, dining and bedrooms, amazing bathrooms with wide bathtub . Nice little kitchen and pantry. With reading corner just to add to a perfect ambience of our dream vacation house.

The lodge we had stay called Jungle Lodge, its a private unit located just right beside the ticket check entrance to the hot spring, It was a very pleasant experience throughout our stay.

Spacious house”
We would love to have stay for a few more days if we were to know how nice this house is and how peaceful the location is. Included was the delicious breakfast and friendly staff. There's definitely a lot of adventures that one could do here. We will certainly return to this place and stay for a few days.

Go - a hidden gem”
We liked it so much, we stayed twice! We booked to stay here again on our return journey from Sandakan to KK. On our previous stay we stayed in the Kelicap rooms. This time we stayed in the jungle lodge which was. AMAZING and the staff in the reception and restaurant were all really helpful.

As long as you have their phone no. you are fine. There are no telephone/interkom available, probably due of the location. So far SSL never failed us. They provided us with the best services. I love the interior and the view. it was great experience.

Located just outside Kinabalu Park, Poring Entrance, with access to several activities and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, with big bathroom. Nature lovers can bird and look for other animals around the bamboo garden.

Overall staying is good, staffs are helpful and friendly. Only the restaurant need to maintain the consistency of food, eg. Day 1 American breakfast come with hashbrown, Day 2 America breakfast no more hashbrown but only wedges. Afternoon fried meehoon different compare to nigh time fried meehoon. Menu stated got prawn, but actual no prawn

Beautiful dorms”
Location is inside Poring Hot Spring which is perfect. Staff is professional as expected from Sutera Sanctuary. The dorm is very beautiful as seen from photos. Room is clean and tidy. All facilities are functioning well. There is water filter for refilling, a big plus. Not much to do and eat around Poring Hot Spring, we did Langganan waterfall and bathing hot spring. Otherwise a relaxing stay.

Beautiful hostel”
Colonial style, air conditioned rooms, quiet location. Very comfortable stay with tea and coffee and kettle in room. No wifi in the room but available in reception area. Hostel is tricky to find, you need to drive into the poring hot springs entrance and around to the reception building to check in. It’s worth it though. A beautifully cool sanctuary.
