I may stay here again if I happen to drop by Sg Petani in future for a family visit. It is close to my relative’s house, to the Lotus supermarket, to the mall – you can even walk to the restaurant around the corner (reasonably priced food) or the Speedmart. It has a huge swimming pool with a children's pool next to it, so family with children may have things to do with them. The only downside is the TV - the only channel we had was RTM1 and the connection was so poor we just didn't bother.

Convenient..visiting family member hospitalized at sg petani hospital. Very good hotel. Old couple. Recommended for family with children..very big pool. All room facing pool..My room is very clean..breakfast ok..nice stay and recommended to stay..🥰🥰🥰

Disappointed room toilet & swimming pool”
Super old and stained water closet and basin as it is totally from the ancient world. The shower system being "excellent" modified with instant water heater + concealed rain shower system, you only entitled to enjoy hot shower by using instant water heater with hand shower, but when you wanna enjoy rain shower, trust me the hotel really give you rain shower with only cold water (well, it was not wrong... rain always cold). The swimming pool might be the best in SP town with "restricted pool rules" where you must wear proper swim suits and trust me, pls ignore the rules, because still many guests wearing long pans, long sleeves, t shirt, sarung, tudung and baju tidur (maybe) into the pools...and the no one from the management is taking care ..they just don't care. By the way, if you concern on the issues highlighted above, I would not suggest you to stay here and if you don't, pls enjoy the stay. Only two things are really impressed me, 1. Self vending machine 2. The cooks on breakfast totally awesome and it's really delicious.

There’s no room to room call services. If one travels on business, there is a need to be able to contact colleagues for work matters. Even families need to that! Swiss Avenue should consider this. Hotel is nicely upgraded but needs a little more cleanliness. It’s a little dusty! Otherwise hotel is good

Hotel 🏨 location was good , easy to access to alls area . Just 1 thing not perfect is this hotel didn’t provide shelter carpark or indoor carpark. Imaging your car need to park under hot sun and no shelter cover , it is super not convenient as u need to deal with hot or raining weather. As a 5 star ⭐️ hotel , I suggest hotel can do better to build shelter carpark .

Staff and Management System”
I am surprised that the front desk still collecting cash deposits upon check-in. This caught a few guests as they do not have enough cash for the deposit. They do not accept credit card payments for deposits. Also, we were asked for breakfast selection upon check-in, but end up the selection was canceled. I was informed that the cancellation is due to the hotel having received more than 20 guests and therefore their kitchen is open for breakfast dine-in. Well, we were happily marched into the dining hall at about 9.30 am, just to find out that most of the food have finished. Only one staff working to take care of the necessity of the dining area, no coffee, out of sambal for nasi lemak, out of scramble eggs, out of spoons, etc... They quickly rectify this situation after my feedback to the front desk. The swimming pool is nice and comes with a huge stage for events. The deco is nice as well. However, do hope the hotel management considers improving the soundproofing of the rooms. When there is an event happening, in this case, the Ramadan Feast, the music and PA system will surely stop you from having a nice rest. You need to lower your expectation of TV programs. Only a hand full of channels are available and the display quality is bad. This segment is basically to keep my kids busy while I want to relax.
