Wedding Anniversary Staycation”
Fantastic. I had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Everything was perfect and hassle-free, even in the midst of the pandemic. The hotel was meticulous in their sanitation and social distancing, and people are well-dispered around the area within the hotel, which I believe pose less risk in transmitting the virus. But apart from their careful covid protocols, everything was wonderful. All servers were nice, warm, presentable and professional. The hotel was very clean and charming. The food was delicious, well-prepared with fresh ingredients, served with flourish and not overpriced. The room was spacious. We got a premier lake view room and truly got what we paid for. Imagine Taal Island in your face in the morning! Truly a sight to behold! From the room veranda, you can view Taal Island and Mt. Maculot in the other side of the lake. I've previously hiked Mt. Maculot and I can say that Taal Vista Hotel is visible from the "rockies". Taal Vista is truly special and every Filipino should stay there at least once. I feel that my words and photos cannot do it enough justice. Just experience it for yourself!

2days stay, friendly staffs, checking in is a breeze at 11pm and Upgraded my room as per staff suggestion and i liked it. Room was airy and spacious, Clean and Cozy. Bathroom was Clean too and well designed. Heaters working well, proper towels placed and amenities are great. Buffet Breakfast is a must from this Hotel, great food well seasoned everything hot and available very very good I should repeat that haha. The view is spectacular for the new ashes look of the taal crater. Food was available for 24hrs superb! Came in late travel from work and food is easy to order. Complete complementary sandals and robes, fresh fragrances of soaps and bath works. Stayed in a lot of properties and hotels in tagaytay but this Hotel really served good food so that would make me come back for a peaceful stay, parking is great so much space was there. Juices are fresh too one thing i look forward to hotels I stay. I merely have nothing bad to say except that the air-conditioning in our room is a little outdated and weak for its large capacity, was worried that in the summer the air conditioning will not ventilate the room well to become cold. Wishing also for this beautiful hotel to have carpets in their beautiful spacious rooms, it was quiet i havent heard any noise so we slept good. Oh well our stay was excellent I even sent that feedback when i left the feedback paper, hope they maintain this excellence over the years. Teach your employees also to introduce themselves so we can commend them next stay. PS. Feb. 14-16 stay tell the Chef we love his food a lot ☺️👌🏻 good job chef. Tagaytay hotel with the best view of the lake!”
Taal Vista is a five-star hotel resort with the best views of Taal Lake! The rooms, although not lavishly decorated, are very comfortable and it feels like home. The beds and pillows are wonderful. The garden, the ridge, lobby, resto, amenities, atmosphere, breakfast, music, smell of the place, etc. are also very good. These are just some of the reasons why we chose to get married here last year. We came back for our wedding anniversary and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly to us, they were very attentive to our needs and found a way to upgrade our room. They were very thoughtful as they even surprised us with a greeting card (with dedications from several people) and some chocolate cake. We'll definitely keep coming back to this place. We'll never grow tired of its beauty. :)

It was so surreal!!! Everything in the hotel is beautiful. The staff were nice and polite. Upon entering our room, there was a surprise complementary cake with greetings from the Hotel since its was our anniversary. ♥️ The room and the bathroom was clean, smells great and very spacious! The view was spectacular. We stayed in the Premium King with the view of the Taal lake. Right there in the balcony my now fiancé, proposed. I am so happy. Taal Vista will now forever be part of our lives. Can’t wait to get back for our wedding preparations. The breakfast was also good!!! I love the hot choco so much I refilled it thrice. Hehe. Clean and safe despite of pandemic”
Taal Vista is always our go-to hotel whenever we want to go on short trip. Despite of pandemic, the hotel maintains its hotel rooms safe and clean. We are very happy and satisfied during our overnight stay. We also appreciate the balloon setup in our room since the accommodation we have from agoda has a promo (room with balloons and mini cake) 😊 They sent a message prior to our arrival and asked if it is for bday or anniv. We’re a group of 6- elderly parents, my sis and 1 and then 2 toddlers. We got 2 rooms: Deluxe Room Mountain View and Superior Twin. The Superior Twin first given to us was in Mountain View but we asked to be transferred because the smell of paint was still lingering. Other than that, it was big and near the pool; although we didn’t have a view at all. (The Deluxe Room was on a higher floor and had a great view.) So we got transferred to the Lake View which was great because this was the new wing and the hall, elevator and room looked new. No view again but the room was well-appointed and had a humidifier and we loved it. We loved our entire Holy Week staycation! We almost didn’t have to leave the hotel the whole time because there was a lot to do within the property. We loved the food although service was slow in all restaurants. My family had a great time and will make this our Tagaytay base again next time.

I find that really sweet ❤ and also, for u not letting me pay for the extra bed I purchased and just asked me to pay for the buffet breakfast is something I won't forget! I really had a great experience as it was my first time booking with you. it definitely won't be the last ❤ one last thing, for being so considerate despite the fact that we arrived 8pm at the lounge restaurant and your servers told me that the lounge is already closed, they still accommodated my order when I mentioned it was my birthday. u made my night really special. Best value for money and has the best view of Taal. We booked the premier king which is overlooking the taal. although the hotel was built 1940s era, it was able to adapt to modern day hotels. The compound is spacious which can give you space to stroll. Their breakfast buffet is superb, good value for money tbh. The pool is cold. The rooms are spacious but not as modern as Escala or Twin Lakes but, considering the architecture when it was done and construction modernism is limited way back, it’s very much ok. But regardless, you pay for the view and this is what makes the stay worth it. The foods also are so delicious. Staff are very attentive to your needs. Would consider staying here again for my next trip.

Post-quarrantine Experience”
Taal Vista has pretty much nailed down their pandemic routine to an art form. Their rooms, they claim, are UV santized. This is also shown when you arrive at your room where there is a sticker indicating the room was sanitized. Facemasks and hand sanitizers are also included in their toiletries. The hotel grounds itself is a sight to behold with their garden overlooking Taal lake. You could spend all day on the premises. Some disappointments though. Taza was closed during our visit and they didn't have ala carte menus at Veranda. Both places would've been perfect for dinner or lunch dates. Although this is my first visit to this hotel, I really wished it was under better circumstances but we all make do with what we have for now. I want to visit Taal Vista some time in the future when things are back to normal.

Very nice service, the staff are all helpful. Even the guards in the parking area offered to help me with my things. The bell boy even gave us helpful tips about the hotel facilities while he was escorting us to our room. Check-in and check-out are very easy. We like the vending machine and the ATM inside the hotel. The cozy set-up during dinner is also very nice, ambiance is good. Rooms are clean and overall facilities are recommended.

I have never gone wrong every time I chose Taal Vista. Booked an overnight Valentine's weekend staycation with my boyfriend and my sister, and we really were able to relax throughout our stay. The Valentine's dinner course at Taza Fresh Table was exquisite, our Lakewing Deluxe Queen Room was clean and super comfortable, and the massage services at Asmara Spa were top-notch. Will definitely go back again!

I can't believe how organized and clean Taal vista was! It was an amazing experience, they provided everything to keep you safe and feel relaxed. I applause them for the measurements they took during this pandemic. They provide every guest a kit, their elevators were sensor based to avoid touching buttons. excellent views, excellent rooms, the pool is lacking though (in fairness for them, it is under renovation), the food is excellent, facilities and staff are top class. for the price, it is worth it. if you have vip guests coming (or your parents or in laws for that matter), make a good impression by booking them to taal vista, they will also love it.

Their service is astounding. From the moment I called them to book a stay to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary until we checked out, we have no words for the best service that we got. It was the best experience. Special commendations for Raffy for accommodating my special request relative to my surprise gift for my husband. They even go beyond securing the gift upon delivery, they were able to wrapped it beautifully. All of their staff are friendly, meeting and exceeding the need of their guests. You don’t even have to call them, they will readily help you. The management deserves a pat in the back for training their staff. We will definitely go back.

Impressed with safety protocols in placed! Touch less elevator buttons was very helpful, clean and sanitized room. Breakfast buffet has great selection and are all displayed in containers making sure guests have safe and hygienic food on the table. My second time to stay in this hotel. Exceptionally clean room and toilet. That is the first thing that I always check. The best view of Taal Lake with their own viewing deck. Breakfast buffet was perfect. I specially love their Beef Tapa. Ample space for parking. Most important of all are the staff: very courteous, friendly and helpful.
