Love the restaurant. My nephew enjoyed the swimming pool. The location is very good. close to many restaurants, walking distance to Metro mall and mercury drug :) Their staff are all friendly, specially the super patient kuya guard and super masayahin ate at the restaurant :) Thanks , TCH! very great location. malapit sa lahat. paglabas mo andun na lahat: puregold, fastfood chains, ukayukay, tiangge,terminal... name it andun na lahat! friendly pa mga staff nila. wala kami naging problema sa stay namin. all in all masaya and very satisfying ang 3 days 2 nights namin. happy and successful bday celeb namin ng husband ko with our hype the best baby. :)

Yung cable connection during the time we stayed at the hotel hindi stable. Hindi nakapag watch ang mga kids so, sa cellphone na lang sila nanood. Medyo luma na yung place and the hotel itself especially sa area ng swimming pool at yung mga lobby sana maimprove yung interior & exterior ng buong hotel. Your staff are all good especially kay manong guard na pala greet sa lahat ng guests whether papasok or paalis ng hotel. Marketing team ng hotel should find ways na maging mas lively yung hotel ninyo para mas madami pang maengganyo magbook sa inyo especially your locatio is very accessible.

I loved everything about this hotel except the beds are a bit too firm. The staff is over the top helpful, great parking right out front, delicious (one plate) breakfast with coffeee, hot shower, fantastic central location, and best of all a very reasonable price per night

The room is elegant & more comfortable to stay with. So clean except for the window glass which I think not clean for how many months. We cannot clearly see the fog outside but overall, we are happy with our stay here...

Pros: it's one of the cheapest hotel in Tagaytay. Spacious rooms. Aircon is working well even though it's the old model. It is conveniently located near public transportation. The hotel serves it's purpose but if you are looking for luxury, go somewhere else. Cons: needs renovation to keep up with times. Had a great stay here. Thanks!

everything was great but the only way you can get on the internet was in the lobby and even that was not great. if you are not going to bring any device where you need to get on the internet this hotel is great.

One thing I observe, no hotel slippers provided and complimentary water bottle/ drinks like what we booked in our previous room. The rest okay naman so far.

Maganda ang lugar ng bahay-tuluyan na ito. Maganda ang lugar, nasa Olivarez at madaling hanapin. Malinis. Magiliw rin sa panauhin ang tagatanggap, sinisigurado nila na lahat ng pangangailangan ng panauhin ay naibibigay at maayos sila makipagtalastasan.

Dusty and Old”

The hotel is old and dusty not value for money, some staff are rude not very accommodating, I have stayed on older but clean hotels, this hotel is old and dirty, I think the place could have been ok if cleaned well, I got sick because of the dust and dirt.. there are many hotels in Tagaytay, try to look for a better one..

the only good thing about this hotel is that it's located in the central point of tagaytay. the facilities are old, outdated and needs renovation. services are cheap (no free water daily, dirty rooms, food quality above its supposed value and they don't make up of room unless i ask - and they totally forgot about it).

The hotel is budget friendly, and basic amenities are fine. The breakfast buffet is quite limited, but overall the food is okay. The rooms are spacious. The room design can be further improved though. It is also unfortunate that some rooms doesn't even have a window to outside. The staff are very helpful to the point that they sometimes can be a little annoying. But overall, their courtesy and helpfulness are superb. Yes, I can recommend this hotel.

A pleasant place to stay”

The staff are polite, very accommodating. Food is good. The room is really huge that you can fit in like 5-6 adults in one room. Very accessible, when you go out of the hotel you can see a restaurant, shopping center and restaurants are everywhere near the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. I just have one suggestion to the management please ensure that the water heater is working well. But my overall experience with this hotel is really amazing..

Will definitely go back. Excellent service of staff. The room is clean however some facilities are quite old and need to be replaced or renovated. I would suggest heater for the pool since tagaytay is a cold place. Overall good for me.

Happy With Our Stay”

I love companies that value the evaluations of their clients and improve themselves as they go. I have read previously that the internet connection in the hotel is low-to-none, but when we stayed there, this wasn't a problem at all. I also read that there were no available hot shower in their rooms, but there was hot shower 24/7 during our stay. There was an on-going repair and repainting during our stay, so clearly there really is an effort on their part to level up. We found that shower head of our room was a bit defective, and we called for maintenance around 10pm, he came and had the shower head replaced right away at around 10pm. Our reservations did not include breakfast but when we asked for hot water for our coffee, it was at our doorstep in less than a minute. The staff is really courteous, very good at directions in and around Tagaytay, and the front desk clerk even let me use her cellphone when the landline I was calling was out of service.

The booking was rushed so we did not have much choice. My kids didn't like it because it feels a bit old and too dark. We had the usual filipino breakfast but then they are nothing special. I ordered hot choco and paid for my kids breakfast, the cashier had to do a lot of erasures when I asked for an official receipt. We checked in really late and checked out really early because we'd rather go someplace else. Ergo, we did not feel at all comfortable to spend the rest of our hotel stay.
