Valentine Dinner with Pianist Basyle”
We had Dinner on Valentines Day. The Dinner was A good spread. We heard music on the background thought it was piped in music but suddenly realise that a pianist (Basyle) was playing beautiful melodious romantic pieces. They also gave away heart shaped balloons and roses . The place was beautifully decorated . The staff service at the restaurant and room service was superb. The worked as a team and coordinated very well. Rooms were clean and staff attended to our needs without any delay. The breakfast buffet spread was good. They had healthy juices as well. One must try this hotel at least for the breakfast buffet. You will find the staff very efficient and helpful. The stay at Accord Metropolitan is value for money. Location is good very central and is 50 Rupees to Pondy Bazaar and Pothys and other major stores in Chennai.

All staff from checking car for security to cleaners were all polite and very helpful. Hotel was clean and good location unless you want to be near a beach. You need a car or take transport to go to the beaches. It has 24 hour restaurant which is reasonably priced. Breakfast is a big spread and freshly made.

Worth the money”
The amount of comfort and the kindliness of staff here is amazing. I would recommend this to my family and friends. The hotel is quite near to some amazing places. I could not experience the breakfast in the restaurant. Due to COVID restrictions, the breakfast was sent to the room packed neatly. I missed the dining experience. Apart from that everything about this hotel and my stay was pleasant.

We had a great stay at Accord Metropolitan. From the arrival experience to the check-in process, we were treated with respect. The front desk team are very accommodative and changed our room after receiving feedback from us. Special thanks to Kalpana (hope the right spelling). We also enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel. The food is delicious and the are a lot of choices. Special thanks to Zuali and the restaurant manager for taking care of our needs well.

Must Go 5Star Hotel”
It's a 5-star hotel with great facilities, amenities, and staff service. There are many hotels in nearby places which are 2 or 3 stars and charging just 500 less than this hotel, but I would say if you need good service then must visit the accord. It was my first-time visit to Chennai and staff extended my checkout time till 2 pm ( note checkout time extension depends on availability). As my flight was late I requested them and the service member was very helpful to provide me such an extension.

Totally love their room, customer service and breakfast buffet. Their bed is so cosy and nice. I came here for my wedding shopping in March 2018 and back here again with my Husband on Feb 2019. My Husband is very impressed at their standards. Very respectful staff and amazing food. We will visit again!

Hospitality at its best. The Biriyani and Bisilebelebath ordered at the hotel tasted great with beautiful packing & accomplishments. Complimentary Breakfast was good too. The location is near by T.Nagar & Pondy Bazaar, my favourite shopping spots in Chennai. Try authentic chettinad food in Virudhunagar Restaurant, 900 mtrs away from the Hotel.

Room is extremely spacious and well sanitized and maintained. Welcome kit shared along with Covid support kit (Glouse, Face mask, hand sanitizer & hand sanitizing wipes). If i visit Chennai ( which i do nearly every year) its my favorite hotel stay. staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious with sufficient toiletries. Love the complimentary break-first spread. The dinner buffet spread is a must try with live music. Overall, they never fail me with a wonderful staying experience. The hotel is situated not too far from T-Nagar the shopping area. Easy access to public transports, which is easily obtained just outside the hotel.

Excellent customer Service ”
Nice and clean hotel. Love the ambience. On the night we arrived, there were some concerns and we reached out to the manager. I would say the manager Mr Jenif has provided excellent customer service. He has personally arranged a fabulous room and constantly checked with us if everything is okay. We will definitely come back to this hotel. Thanks a lot to Mr Jenif for making our stay a good one!
