Good for a quick stay”
Had to find a last minute stay after missing our ferry to puerto galera. Alpa hotel is about 15 mins drive from batangas port and is surrounded by food and convenience stores. It's nothing fancy but it's clean and comfortable enough for a passerby. Unfortunately my stay was only 1 night so I didn't try the food offered or anything else they may have to offer.

Room is clean, But I hope next time they include the hotel slippers on their kit since that’s basic kit for the hotels given the price is not that cheap.

Value for Money and spacious”
We booked 3 rooms for my niece’s debut and the room was huge with a big dresser for her photo op. The lady at the reception was very accommodating and nice as well as the staff who showed us in. Thank you Alpa Hotel for making my niece’s birthday extra special.

Rigtig godt”
Old hotel with some ongoing renovations. Aircon was noisy. There’s only 1 small coffee table in their Triple Room (they could have at least put a bigger one considering it’s for 3 pax). There was a meeting/gathering in the restaurant so we had to sit and eat outside, and it was so hot there (they don’t bring the free breakfast in the rooms). Ample parking space.

Reasonable hotel for the price, a little hard to find but easy access once there. Basic rooms with plenty of space, a pool which I did not try out and a restaurant that is not actually part of the hotel, so you have to pay separately and they did not accept credit card. The A/C was very noisy but overall a good budget hotel

Staff at the front desk are pretend friendly, but they won't help you if there is a real issue. WiFi was working for the first 3 days of my 6-day stay but only in the lobby. It never worked on my floor or other floors even if I was standing directly under the router. I tried an iPhone, iPod, Samsnug Tablet and Xiomi tablet and none of them worked. The Room bathroom has only a single roll ot Toilet Paper - good for only one day. Soap is tiny half-urinal sized pucks and smell the same (had to go to a convenience store for real soap). There were giant asian flying cocroaches in the room. The windows are opaque so you can't see out, and they are barred so that there is no egress from the rooms in the event of a fire, earthquake, typhoon or other disaster. Exterior windows are grime and dead bug covered. Some of the windows were rusted open allowing mosquitoes in during all hours ( risk of Dengue, Zika, etc)... Whole hotel was noisy at all hours as there are major one-way roads on either side of it. Elevator did not work for final two days of stay. Avoid at all costs if you have any disabling conditions or a disability that affects mobility. Water was tepid with only a single stream from a multi-head showerhead. Bathroom filled with cracked tiles and exposed electricals. No water, tea, coffee or anything in the room. Not even a cup to draw tepid water from the tap. No indication as to if it is even safe to drink. Prices in the onsite restaurant are double or triple what you can find in the neighborhood. Avoid at all costs. DO NOT STAY HERE or MAKE A BOOKING HERE.

Old facility circa 1960 - 70s. No attempt to refurbish facilities. No television. No wifi. Creaky bed. Bathroom is a nightmare.

Not suitable for family travelling with young children”
Lobby is deceiving as it seems but once you walk outvthe elevator the ambiance isntotally different. I was so disappointed of what this hotel can offer. A very old hotel and facilities. Toilet the room overall were old and can't stay for a night so we grab our things and check-out the same day. For a standard room no hot shower available. Never again to this hotel unless they renovated everything. A waste of money.

Needs WiFi ”
Hotel was ok for a short stay. Recommend they ditch the 60s 14 inch portable TV for WiFi in all the rooms. Would stay their again because there isn't much to choose from in Batangas city, they need some competition to lift their game.

We arrived at the Hotel about two hours early ,and was told we have to pay extra if we want to occupy our room right away,since check in was 12 Noon. I think that is a very bad policy,hotel management needs to revise this.Just to squeeze a few extra bucks from guest is not too wise a policy. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Good for 1 overnight stay but not more”
The bed was just a foam matress on a hard frame. No tv in the room. No internet access in the room. Room had a mildewy smell when we entered and we had to spray the room down with air freshiner. Bathroom needed a makeover badly. The only bright spot was the cold AC unit and the breakfast at the resturant. As the title states, Good for a quick overnight stop over but look elsewhere if you plan to stay more nights.
