Exceptional Short Stay”
Stayed at the Chateau in January for a couple of nights; built on French / Portuguese theme, its a beautiful place to spend time with your family when you want to get away from the warm cities. We took a 2 bedroom suite, which gave us a lot of space to move around. The facility is quite clean and well maintained - we liked the massive decorated Christmas tree which was not removed post holidays. Being vegetarians we were worried about the food options but the chef's did a great job customizing various things for us during our stay. The staff at the front office, housekeeping, restaurant, security were all brilliant people. We enjoyed our short stay here and are surely going back soon for a longer one ! For nature lovers, it is an exceptional place to stay.

Exceptional Service and Food”
As mentioned by previous users, staff was very attentive and service was excellent overall. For me , best thing about this place was food. We tried breakfast, tea time and fine dinning, Food was top notch, especially desserts (Try apple jam at breakfast). They told me, chef prepares everything in house from organic components . Value for money, especially compared to KL, price is quite reasonable. Comfortable and clean bed, very nice shower setting. Pool was refreshing and nice to have a salty water instead of chlorine swimming pool. We will be back for sure, highly recommended for weekend get away.

Superb Experience and Everything is 5-Star ”
The moment we stepped in to the resort there was already an exceptional service. Jeffrey from the concierge was super helpful. Carlos from the reception was a superstar and always ready to assist. Adrian was also to commend, he's done his job well. Spotless cleanliness, very quiet, our bed and pillows were AMAZING! Our 4 year old daughter was also impressed with the resort and made a note that we should return soon. This is the kind of stay/place you'll never forget because of the warmth provided. Definitely a 5-star!

Every hotel personnel is courteous, friendly and helpful. Well groomed and professional. Their responses and services are prompt. The welcoming checking in and orientation to the hotel brief walk towards the room is appreciated. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Resort is well maintained. Blissful retreat in the mountains”
Booked into this resort as it was recommended by a friend. We were greeted by very friendly staff Who made us feel very welcome and made our stay extremely comfortable. The ambience of the resort was outstanding. The location itself was enchanting somewhat like a medieval royal setting. The views were breathtaking. Staff at the Spa were very very professional. I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting a few days of absolute bliss.

Much much much much better than expected”
As a first timer in a resort, we thought. "Huh, this is just gonna be a fancier hotel isn't it", Turns out, its so much more. When you just arrive in the hotel, a security guard will be there to greet you to confirm your name, then proceed to carry your luggages to your room and take you to check in. You will then be given a complimentary (non-alcoholic) drink as you take your time checking in. Afterwards, you are brought to your room where we proceeded to sleep for an hour just because of how comfy it was. The amenities and toiletries are super nice too, with products from Italy and lots of channels in TV too. Safe to say the highlight of our trip was this resort.

Perfect getaway ”
Perfect stay, excluding a minor blip by the manager, everything else was perfect.. The director of operations, Mr. haitham, the staff especially Elias, Bobby and the pregnant lady (can’t remember her name) , the chefs, wonderful housekeeping, made our stay simply, wonderful. The suite was perfect, the view perfect, food was not too bad, need more variety for the breakfast menu and in-room dining, the jacuzzi suite is a perfect getaway suite for couples looking for some alone time. Loved the turndown service, Special thanks again to Mr. Haitham, simply speaking to him you know how highly they value their guests.

Totally worth it. And my husband also said this is his fav hotel . If u guys have any celebration like honeymoon, birthday, anniversary, just come to this hotel. An enchanting stay”
Really enjoyed our stay at the Chateau. The in-house restaurants were more expensive than expected, but the food was really delicious. Be prepared to to spend quite a lot on travel to and fro from the Chateau to the airport (approx 400 RM two way). Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Exceptionally well-mannered staff, the best staff behaviour I ve seen anywhere else I ve travelled.

Lovely holiday An amazing experience Loved staying here. We enjoyed a lot. The place is luxurious. The food at breakfast buffet was scrumptious and healthy. We had suite .It had three bedrooms with attached bathroom. The master bed bathroom had its own jacuzzi. Beds were super comfy, the pillows were a bit firm for me but over all best experience. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Definitely visiting again.

Excellent Hidden Resort”
I booked this trip one week earlier my departure. But I was amazed by their services and respects towards customer. Upon arrival, the guard was informed and the luggage sending service was ready at car dropping area. We was served with special recipe welcome drink and warm check-in service done by their staffs. The staffs there really so polite, show respect to us and answer all our enquiries. Evening cocktails were nice and we also surprised with the turn-down sweet provided by room service. Everything was excellent and amazing and we do enjoyed our trip there.

It was truly 5 star service provided by the hotel staff from arrival to departure. Even we had the unpleasant experience on certain part of room issue upon arrival but the staff was taking immediate action by provided complimentary room upgrade as a compensation. Dining experience in the in house restaurant was exceptional service too by the f&b staff, food was nice and worth the money. Throughout the stay, I could say it was really a relax and enjoyed stay for me and my wife. Perhaps next time can try out the in house massage

Perfect escapade ”
Amazing breath taking resort with well trained and friendly staffs. However, there are several problems that they need to fix to maintain their image. With no option of restaurants, the food quality they served in their only restaurant was terrible compared to the price, poor connection which may delay any payment made by card and a clogged/flooded bathroom in a RM1.9k per night room was quite unacceptable. With a small fix, they might be more impressive. Keep it up.

If you are thinking of spending your time without having any sorts of distraction, The Chateau is the perfect retreat for you. It is quiet, serene and breathtaking. They do provide a shuttle service to Colmar Tropicale but my husband and I simply walked from the hotel to the village while enjoying the scenery since it’s of walking distance (approx 5mins). Highly recommended. And as for us, we would definitely come again real sooon.

We are looking for serendipity for our small family and we got exceedingly awesome hospitality. It was heavily raining when we arrived for check in, and the staff just make all the process a lot more easier. Their welcome drink is something worth to mention, and they will bring you for a personalized tour around the hotel. The room size is a bit small for family staying, but we just loved the customer experience there.

The guard in the first guard house is cute & friendly. (The first impression of the place) They really do follow SOP by checking MySejahtera status one by one when we drive in . All the staff there is doing their great job and helpful throughout my trip. The room is superb, weather is chilling. Only one con: the hotel location abit far from the main road, you might be lazy to drive out ;)
