Budget Hotel with Stunning Rooftop View of Mount Kinabalu”
PROS: Nearby to town (5 minutes driving) and Desa Cattle Dairy Farm (10 minutes), basic amenities provided (i.e.; Towels, Bath Mat, Soap & Shampoo), decent breakfast buffet spread (Fried Rice, Fried Noodle, Sunny Side Up, Veggies & Sausages) and stunning view of Mount Kinabalu at their rooftop view point (small BBQ fireplace provided at the rooftop). CONS: No wifi provided at rooms (only reception area), no toothpaste provided, limited car park, uncomfortable soft pillows, small TV, & room telephone not working.

Suitable for short stays. Nearby places in Kundasang town. Acceptable room conditions have laminate flooring. Breakfast is just basic like sandwiches, sausages, fried rice, fried noodles and rice porridge.

This is not a posh hotel. But it is a safer option since Mount Kinabalu is known to be not stable of late.

Good hotel,good place,nice value of money and strategic places to stay and relaxing.. However, less privacy to customer..hotel management should informed first the customer before make up room for tourists staying more than one night for privacy purposes..or make door tag with “make up room” or “do not disturb” in every door of room so that the cleaner know whether to clean for make up room or just don’t disturb the room🤗 Other than that all is good👍

Good location and nice view of Mount KK”
We enjoy the mountain view fron the hotel and like the roof top look out where we can enjoy the scenary around the hotel. We also like the steamboat dinner.
