Excellent hospitality ”

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed in Tagaytay! They were extremely accommodating and gave us considerations with our wrong booking dates. So this was a big plus. The staff’s service was exceptional as well as how their manager (JhayR) treated us which makes us feel like we are VIPs. Great attitude, helpful and always available. The location and atmosphere was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. It’s also near enough to the city centre. I loved their breakfast. Tasty and delicious. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel but their hospitality would make you feel like it was. I’ll be back in a month! Great job!

You essentially get a master bedroom in an empty Mansion. The place is well cared for and virtually empty. It's ten minutes from the ridge and great restaurants. Food in this hotel isn't stuff to write home about but everything else hits the spot

when you book online its okay but when you went to the place they cannot accommodate you due to fully booked hotel...sad but it happened to us.

The worst hotel experience”

the worst hotel you can ever book! booked them through agoda, called their receptionists day before and the day itself to confirm and double check, only to arrive there and were told that we have no room. imagine our long travel with a toddler. refund is not enough with all the hassle you've given us. poor management with so many unacceptable excuses. worst ever

Not well maintained.”

Location was near the market. The photos showed a swimming pool but when we got there it was already replaced by land. Garden is not well maintained. The room was clean and big though, but the view outside was not too nice. They r understaffed and forgot to serve our pre-ordered dinner for us so we had to go dine out at 8pm that night with the kids. Breakfast was not served on time. No dedicated parking slots, just a driveway.

Friendly staff but very poor service. Check in time starts at 2pm, got there at 6pm but our room is still not yet ready. We got the suite. According to Agoda, the amenities include toiletries, towels, slippers, refrigerator, etc. When I ask them for slippers, they gave us 1 rubber slippers and 1 used disposable slippers. There's 3 of us. Also, there's no ref in the room. Can't connect to their wifi. There's no telephone so you have to go outside to ask the receptionist for whatever you need.

This Is a very Quiet Away from the Noise in the City Center. You have a Great View of the Surrounding Land that the Q Hotel Is On. The Rooms Are very Clean and the Staff Is very Welcoming; Kind and Caring about You and Your Desires. If You Selectbtge Correct Booking; it also Includes Breakfast and they Will Do the Best to Accomadate You for Special Things to Eat or Drink if Possible. You Can also Earn Miles for Your Frequent Mikes via your Airlines that You Use. The Room Was very Clean and the Staff Was Excellent. I Highly Recommend the Q Hotel. It's Worth the Price.

We felt at home at this place! my kids loved playing and wandering around the whole hotel and garden! Staff are very friendly. Special shoutout to Ate Ria! My only review is to have more pressure with the flush in the toilet. hehe. other than that, all great experience. will be coming back for sure!

Incomplete facilities”

No wifi in our room, no ref, no safety cabinet, breakfast are not so good. Quiet place is good but too quiet is so boring. I think we’re only the customer on that day.

Should be Q Bed And Breakfast”

When you call your facility a hotel there are certin expectations when it comes to service and quality of products. Especially at the price that they charge. Splendido (despite their staff issues) has an infinitely better facility at almost the same prices. The suite was quite big but the bed, pillows, and sheets were very uncomfortable. There are a lot of insects that crawl in the bathroom and into the bedroom. There is a security guard from 8pm to 6am, and he is the only "hotel" staff present. The only pro is that the front desk is really nice and helpful.

PROS: The room is big and spacious. Staff are all excellent they are all flexible in their work especially MS AJ whom we noticed serves as a receptionist, food server and errand girl whenever we asked for toiletries. etc. CONS: this hotel is only suited for wedding events since the area is a garden hotel. Location is far from the main road. Selection of food is limited. Breakfast the first day is cold. We ordered lomi the second night but the taste is not what we expected although we appreciate the effort of the staff to get it for us from the other hotel they are working with. No other recreational amenities like billiards or board games or maybe a swing in the garden. Overall thumbs up to the staff!
