Prices are quite steep in Anilao and this pulls private owners to set the bar of their revenue expectations quite high. The property and the owner are nice and helpful though. But expect common bath room, and very tiny bedroom. Room and location are fantastically quiet though, so very nice to reset your mind while stargazing. The nipa hut on the outer terrace is really great with panoramic seaview across the small bay.

The location and staff are great. This place is more for family who does their own cooking. We were travelers without car and had just arranged a rental to drop us off. There are no on site restaurant and have to go to another resort to have a sit down meal. We also had to go to the town proper to get our meals or eat. This is about a 10 minute ride. After a day of activities, the last thing we wanted to do is change our clothes and trek to town to eat. Staff will make you simple breakfast at your requests.

The Smallest room ive ever stayed in. No television , no parking space, no towels, slow wifi and shared toilet. Not worth it for the price.

It felt like I visited my super sweet tita or lola. Homey feeling, safe environment, very clean and conscious with the sea. Well integrelated in the community. Easy to travel to. Costs are very reasonable. Water activities are easy to find - scuba, snorkel, sailboarding, wind sailing, etc. Just sat a bit in the water at a shaklow part of the sea and fish comes to you. It's a beach with no sand, it has stones which are round and smooth... which is good because no sand clings to you. Calm and quiet. Cute beach puppies. Delicious Lomi just around the corner. The final treat of Batangas Barako Coffee and Tsokolate Tablea for pasalubong! Visited Feb 20-21, 2018 Thanks Jefril, Marilou, Marian and Nanay Cion.
