Good location and many parking”

Lication is supeeb. Parking a lot. Many food near hotel. Opposite hotel got famous shun kee restaurant. Also git coffee shop with famous fry chicken. Walk 10min can arrive local market and also many food stall on morning.

Consider good for a small town with limited choices”

In fact, for such a small town with very limited choices of hotel or homestay, this hotel was beyond my expectation. They renovated the hotel thus the room is alright, bathroom are clean, bed is comfortable. Value for money I would say. Location is good, have their own parking area for guests. The only downside, the corridor was too dark, I think mainly because of they concept which turn out can be quite scary. Anyway, you don't sleep at the corridor :)

Overall”

I will suggest to change the hotel's themes. In terms of using scary & haunted looking plus moderns I think better go to modern looking but cheaper. Most of the guest preventing from staying in the haunted hotels, but this hotels concepts itself is scary. For sure there is no ghost so far staying there but luckily you didn't turns it more scary in the rooms. Washroom cleanliness & design are very good so far. Plugging charging plugs are quite enough for the room I stayed. Remove the scary concepts main hanging lighting and scary & bad drawing dummy of bed head backdrops/vampire's background. Go to the modern & cleans concepts. For sure you will be more attracting after this. Good luck!!

Royal room in a strategic location”

We booked 2 standard rooms (connecting) 2 days before our trip. Price - The room rate is cheap for the such a clean room. Room - The room comes with 2 super single beds. The beds and comforter are clean. There is a chandelier light in the room. It looks like a royal room. The corridor to the rooms are like passages in the castle. However, there is a strange smell in the room, but it is bearable. Location - Eateries and wet markets are within walking distance. Car Park - Free parking behind the hotel.

1. Datang kali ke 2, masalah semut halus masih ada & mmg cepat naik atas meja 2. Kali ni dapat bilik 402, hanya masalah air yg sgt kecil di saluran hos ketika anda 'business'...heheee...shower bagus... 3. Hotel Staff ada dicadangkan tukar bilik, tp malas sbb takut tukar² kang air kecik jugak...penat pindah randah...sbb xpasti bilik mana airnya ok 4. Yang lain semua ok, alhamdulillah...Staff semua TerBaik... Terima Kasih Di Atas Hospitality Anda!!!

Great value except the birds...”

Many great local food around. Good car park. Clean. Renovated but outsode the room corridor was irri. The only con was the room window with very poor sound insulation. Outside traffic noise once a while wasn't too bad but was the non stop chattering birds in high pitch which was very annoying. Overall is worth it. Will be back if coming to BB again looking for a value budget room and will certainly bring a pair of ear plugs.

I stayed in standard for one night and the room is more bigger that i thought.They provides water dispenser in each room that alot hotel never do so.The LED TV is also quite big. For me it's worth for money comparing with other hotel in similar prices @ Batu Pahat.

Value for Money”

Pros.. have all the essential one need in a hotel.. private parking space.. superb security.. have an auto water heater in each room.. bathroom was quite nice.. near lots of places to eat n visit.. CONS - could not think of any since it is super cheap and a very nice hotel with nice view..

Worth for money”

Pro: located in city Center. Opposite famous kueh chap shop. There are 7 eleven nearby as well. Affordable price and clean. Cons : just a basic hotel... No swimming pool and other facilities. TV reception not strong

Reasonable Hotel”

I have been to staying at this hotel for few times ald. It has refurnishing and look new compare to last time. How the bed was very hard compare to last time. Very hard to sleep. The TV got no remote control (last time have). Other than this it is still ok.

Good for value and a very nice set up”

The place may seem old on the outside, but they had been doing some renovations while I was there and the floor I was staying in was well kept and fancy looking too. It was like walking into a little fancy artsy place. The place was kept clean, staff were friendly and accommodating as well. There's plenty of parking available right next to the hotel. Few convenient shops are in walking distance, may have to find transport for nice restaurants. It's a nice small town and easy to get around too.

Nice Budget Hotel”

Lobby is Lousy but when go up to the room corridor and room is perfect nice design. Bathroom clean and nice. Air-cond Leaking. Private parking space. Environment at night time a bit noisy because nearby the road. Overall is ok.

Not feeling like hotel, trully inn”

In favour; - car parking provided - very kind male reception staff - strong aircond - strong hot water shower - cleanliness ok Not in favour; - eery feeling environment!! - 2 large bed occupied most of the room; walkway became narrow & difficult to pray - weak wifi - no chair but bench, thus, working with laptop was tiring coz no backrest

Excellent value for the price ”

Clean rooms , good WiFi, hot water and comfortable bed , location near many local restaurants. We originally booked for 1 night but stayed 3 nights. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good hotel with good location”

Foom is clean. Feedback is fast when u have query. Location is good and opposite got famous chinese food. Just walk 5 to 15 min you can eat a lot of batu pahat famous food. Also near to pasar awam.

Price affordable but hotel nothing to offer”

Though located at the town centre, it is pretty dark and eery at night. The room is basic in term of amenities. For those who want to go praying, there is a famous Ma Zho temple just across the street.
