Wonderful holiday @ Waterway Villa ”
A 2D1N getaway... it was a last minute decision so we chose this place as it only took about 1hour+ drive from KL. The moment when we checked in to the resort, we knew we made the right choice, we booked the glass house for the 5 of us, overall I must say all of us really love this place. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful (they were multi-tasking 🤭👍). 3 meals included in the package, afternoon tea after check in, dinner and breakfast. Simple local food, even there wasn't much choice but I must say the food was delicious, tried the kedondong juice, and it was oh so nice and refreshing! Personally, what I like the most about this resort: - very well maintained - room was very clean - swimming pool was also very nice and clean Keep it up, and we will definitely come back again!

Pleasant staycation!”
Fantastic staycation at the Waterway villa resort for one night. We stayed at Glass Villa First Floor, overlooked the durian trees with fresh air. Room: Spacious. Sparkling clean. Heater and strong aircon with all necessities toiletries available included the hair dryer. However, no indoor wifi and tv. Only public wifi at the restaurant or main reception. Glass villa is situated far and up on hill. The air is fresher and quiet. Outside the glass villa, there is a nice lake. Contact number was given for customer to contact reception to arrange for buggy service to go down from villa to reception. Meal: Breakfast buffet, tea break (with noodle, nuggets etc) and dinner buffet available. Lots of drinks such as all sorts of coffees, kedondong juice, honey green tea, milk, and Milo available. I particularly like honey green tea. Other activities: all jungle trekking and river tubing that supposed to be included in the package were canceled perhaps due to COVID-19? However, customers are still allowed to self explored the river and a simple trekking within 15mins away from the resort. Pretty safe and walkable. SOP: Each customer is supposed to scan mysejahtera and check their temperature before entering the premise. Recommended to station one staff to check and confirm each customer comply to the SOP as I noticed some of the customers did not wear mask when collecting their buffet meals from the common station. Some of the customers even coughing and NOT wearing mask!! CONS: I noticed some adult customers self bring wine and beers and placed it next to the common swimming pool. As far as I noticed, there is a sign or pool regulation particularly mentions NO glass/ wine should be allowed at the pool. Some customers did not even wear a proper swimsuit but just T-shirt and short pant (not the type of swimming pant). No staff is stationed to make sure this swimming pool regulation or ethics is followed and complied by the customers. I left the pool as I didn't feel pleas

Staff behaviour is very professional 👏 ”
Personally for me whatever the service they are offering in the ads are completely met and that's what these kind of resorts are for, get away from city life and rejuvenate the engery nd get back to busy life. However I need to specifically mention the staff professional behaviour that's very rare in Malaysia. I would like to thank management for keeping the staff happy and they are taking care the guess with happy and welcoming face . Thank you again . Will come back for sure .

I stayed there for 2 nights in the bamboo villa. It was clean, the bamboos are well structured, well maintained, and quite artistic. The place is exquisite,I climbed up further the hill and I get a very picturesque view of greenery hills. The staff was very nice. I don’t have any complaint with the foods served because I’m not a picky eater and for me the foods are quite nice but they served the same foods everyday. The hotel also offered a few activities but I didn’t participate to any of it, because I went there to rest so I don’t have any comment towards their activities. If you want to stay there please prepare card and board games because you might have problems with your phone coverage and there is no tv in the room. You only can use their wifi at their lobby and if your room is close to their lobby.

The food is nice, the place is very calm and peaceful. The staff also nice they kept some food for us since we are bit late for dinner. Only the room dont have wifi and tv but the rest is nice and I love my staying there. Will come again soon.

No Regret”
Its is suitable for family, group or couple..During our stay, we will no longer worried about getting food, they provide breakfast, tea time, and dinner..The food cooked by Malays chef (1 local chef, 1Indo Chef).. There also have many scenary and the local attraction is commonly the forest and local food (Lemang Toki, Durian, Ani Patin)

Food is good, facilities is good. However our room could be improved. The fan and light could be switch on together only so when we want to turn off the light at night, the fan will be off too.

Marvellous Escapade”
We stayed for 1 night at deluxe hill villa and it was splendid with the view. We had the whole breathtaking view from the hilltop. Childrens love the buggy ride and best part the stay includes Afternoon tea, dinner + lunch for all of us.

A good choice of urban escape”
They have everything you would look for an urban escape. They provided tea break, dinner and breakfast, this saved you the hassle for food hunting. All you need to do is lay back and relax. Staffs were attentive. Overall were just great.

A good choice for short breakaway”
Afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast were provided. The bamboo hut is equipped with aircond and hot shower. You can have good swim, karaoke at night, participate in daily activities such as river tubing... Good short breakaway.
