My favourite hotel. Have been here for so many times because i love the room, the pool and the surrounding so much. Just that sometimes i get a room which is not clean enough especially the toilet but most of the time everything is satisfying. Really looking forward to go there again... I wish there is any member card or special discount for regular customer like me😂😂

Very beautiful resort, facing the beach 'Pantai Bisikan Bayu'. My room is facing the lake, with veranda. Sit back, relax and enjoy the serenity, quiet and calm. There is a long white beach just in front of the resort. For those who appreciate architectural design and beautiful landscape - this is the place. However, it's better if you have own transport if you wish to stay here. The best part was, I got a very good mid-week rate. Thanks Tok Aman Bali :-)

This is my second time I stayed at this resort after I came here about a year ago. This time they let us choose between 2 rooms..at different blocks and different floor. Since last time they gave us room at the furtherest block (forgot what block) at 2nd floor with sunrise view, this time we decided to stay at different room:- the first block; nearest block at first floor & enjoying the sunset view. Maybe because of the MCO, the room is not properly managed like the last time..they should be looking into the bathroom cleanliness...they only provide bath & shampoo foam in big bottle, not in small miniature bottle like before this. Last time we had our breakfast in the restaurant near the receptionist, but this time they served breakfast in Thai restaurant with a great view..breakfast spread is ok (luckily they provide breakfast buffet so that we can choose as we like...because most of hotel we went after MCO served the breakfast directly to the customers table, not buffet)

the price we get reasonable..the room was big nice and clean..the bathroom was fantastic! the breakfast just nice and simple..the pool was bigamd clean but some part still under construction..even it was far from another place but definitely will come again soon!

A good place for family but not value for money”
Its a wonderful place i ve been with spacious bed, pool for family and kids. however for an old place and the facilities are old, the price shouldnt be that much. its expensive, the breakfast are not quite good and not lots of varieties. EXCELLENT to staff receptions name hafiz if i m not mistaken. he solve my check in room perfectly. with respect . overall its fine but not worth for price..

The swimming pool is big and clean. The room was spacious with balcony facing the lake. Excellent staffs and many facilities. Many outdoor activities but too bad, we only had plenty time stayed there. Near to the beach and other places in Besut.

The best hospitality! Cheapest in tok bali compare with the facilities they offered. Rate 9/10. If want 10/10 please just improve about room service, if your guest ordered some food. Just charge on the room, later when we check out will just swipe the card. Because im cashless society!

Great location and on a great beach”
This resort is in a terrific location for people jumping off to or returning from the Perhentian islands. Also, there's a great beach just in front of the resort. Rooms are spacious and inexpensive with nice outdoor patios, bathtub and shower, and a good local breakfast.

Our visit after it is reopen for 2nd dose travellers is wonderful and great time for family retreat. It is quite regretful since the pool is still not opened for kids. Hopefully after everything is back to normal, then we can enjoy the wonderful time in the big pool.

i got a very good bargain for this hotel. Unbelievably cheap. Nice setting and very scenic lagoon view for my room. Good for those who retreat. You have the beach nearby too. Not to miss!
