They were more than helpful they went out their way to be accommodating, the lovely young man Mr Campbell you made our stay here a very fond reminder that lovely people like you do exist, giving us all your valued time and help for our shopping trip to the U.K’s biggest Primark haha! Family with two young children’s ”
It had everything what I wanted with having two young kids enjoyments closer to the hotel, which meant that they both enjoyed them self’s till late at night and having takeaway nearby was helpful for feeding them. I really recommend this place to all parents with young children. It was also close to LEGO land & Sea life.

Perfect location for the arena and only a short drive to the centre. Staff were welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable. Amazing value for money.

Rooms are small not your normal travel lodge but they were clean , warm and comfortable, ideally located for any destination Birmingham central

A bit further out of the main area than i would have liked but it was decent weather for walking. Had it been raining then it wouldnt have been good. Room was clean , nothing overly special but comfy and clean. Great hot shower. Staff were very friendly. I would use again.

Sort of worth the price”
First thing I noticed was that they use those automatic vacuum cleaners as mine was still there. Second is that no one checks if it has done its job. My only other issue was that I had quite a noisy neighbour. With so few bookings I would have thought they would keep people room apart. TV doesn't really work, goes off when you change channel (if you care about all that) That said for £30 last minute, centre of Birmingham it was Ok.

it does what is says on the tin. excellent if you can get a cheap price. If the price is a bit higher you may want to consider alternatives which are available as the facilities are basic and suffice

Great staff and location ”
Stuff was great location great food was lovely had breakfast and bought a meal on the nite reasonable price and was nice, only two negatives is no private parking so cost is £12 for parking which should be included I think and the cleanliness was quite poor sink clogged with hair mattresses need replacing apart from that lovely place and location

If you want a cheap price then you’re not going to get all the trimmings with it, but for what we paid you can’t argue. Would use again.

Hotel in an ideal location for our needed. Staff so friendly and helpfull.. Room was clean and tidy but definitely needs a spurs up... There was hair dye all over the floor. But when you first look at it. It looked like a blood splash!!!!

Take ear plugs!”
The hotel is on top of a bar so don’t expect a good nights sleep. Asked reception for ear plugs at around 11pm . The man on reception then followed me to my room - not sure why I’d make up a story about noise levels? He did offer to move us rooms if the noise didn’t stop but at 11pm who wants to pack their room up and move for a one night stay ? The location was great though.
