GREAT LOCATION / EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY ”
This hotel is just a 10 minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station and is located on the edge of China Town. Check in and out was quick and efficient. I was able to leave my bag prior to check in and after check out. I found all staff to be polite, professional, engaging and helpful, which helped make my stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. I was extremely pleased with my spacious, double room. The view over looked apartment buildings, that had pleasant seating / playground areas. Amazing Staff!”
Lovely, clean and welcoming hotel, staff are wonderful, every one of them were super friendly and welcoming, this made my stay here even better. The room was lovely, very spacious for a single guest, I felt very comfortable staying here, even got a room with a bathtub in it. Breakfast was great, not the best I have had but the unlimited fresh juice was really nice, the lady attending the dining area during this time was an angel, brightened my morning and put me in a great mood right from the first second, so calm, caring, attentive and friendly. All the staff were faultless, really set a fantastic standard for customer service and etiquette.

Was very happy with the location. Central to all amenities. Chinatown was brilliant. Food exceptional. Ate at Dishoom too, 3rd time there food excellent as always. Would definitely recommend this Travelodge 👌🏾

Lovely staff, great value ”
All the staff were helpful and friendly, but still professional The room was a good size and really clean. The bed was comfy, always important to me. Only negatives: The amount of street light the curtains let in, so the room was never dark for sleep. No plug point near the bed, so couldn't have the phone as a clock while charging overnight.

Nice clean room for amazing price”
Excellent location and room for the price. Very clean. The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 was because it seemed like it was advertised as having free WiFi, but that was only for 30 minutes/day (it could have been in the fine print, but not sure).

This hotel is 2 minutes from the Chinese Quarter. Full breakfast is only GBP 8.99 and includes cereals, croissants, toast and cooked breakfast with vegetarian options. Room very clean and comfortable bed.

Noisy but to be expected ”
The reviews had mentioned it is quite a noisy hotel and it was. The hotel is an ideal base for shopping and a night out but definitely not for a relaxing quiet sleep

Good value budget hotel ”
This hotel does what it says on the tin really, just a budget hotel with minimal facilities which may be all you need for a brief stay in the centre of the city. The rooms were clean and functional, no frills at this price but we had a very comfortable nights sleep in the generously sized large bed. (My partner is 6ft 3 and the beds are always a problem) Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Good for a night out in the city, particularly if you're young but also good for families who wish to keep the price down. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
