Fantastisk”

We stayed 7 nights. The room was very clean. When we arrived the staff to immediate attention to us and getting us into our room. The staff was amazing. We filled out a comment card they gave us. The very next morning the suggestions we made they fixed and improved. If we had any problems throughout our stay. The staff payed immediate attention until it was fixed. We were always greeted from morning to evening. The ambience of the hotel is amazing. They are still making improvements to the grounds. I would suggest anyone to stay and experience View Park Hotel. Well worth the money. Very near to most of the attractions in Tagaytay.

Great food !!”

What I love about this hotel is their food especially the breakfast, and is better than the other hotels. Value for money is also good. The first time we check-in here they gave me a discount but I’m sad because I lost that coupon. I probably misplaced it :( Hope I can get another discount and will definitely go back in here. I am also recommending this hotel to my relatives and friends.

Great Location and value for money”

Standard rooms are affordable, its clean and the staff are friendly. Toilets just need some renovation because it seems old, but its clean. Parking can be a problem at times especially when there are seminars but the security guards is very helpful.

"A Memorable Stay @ View Park Hotel"”

We had a pleasant stay at this charming hotel. They upgraded our standard room to premier which made our anniversary more memorable. Thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. Food at the restaurant is great as well. I hope they make improvements at the entrance of the building of premier rooms, removing the substandard rooms at the front of it will be a nice place for a more suitable lobby for this nice structure. Just a piece of advice from a practicing architect.

Great and comfortable stay”

Came here a year ago with 2 of my friends. Loved the bed as it was so comfortable we had a good sleep. Location is also great and is to most of the tourist spots of Tagaytay. Complementary breakfast also tasted good and staffs are nice. Will definitely recommend.

Very very good place to stay”

The place looks like a 5 star hotel with beautiful hotel grounds. Staff was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Room was clean and bathroom was very nice. I especially liked the large shower and comfy bed. If i have any suggestions it would be to have better wifi. It was a little hit or miss. Also to have shuttle service on request. But are thankful for you giving us a lift when we checked out. Overall it's a very very good place to stay.

Worth it”

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Tagaytay that has some homey feel to it, choose View Park. You actually just have to cross the street to access Picnic Grove and do some kite flying. Luckily, there was also an acoustic band that played the night we were there. If you want to stay somewhere to get your money’s worth, it would be here.

Great Value for Money”

Staff were very friendly. All I could comment on was there were a lot of mosquitoes outside, although it's totally understandable since the place is surrounded by gardens/ponds. Overall, we still had an awesome stay. It's right in front of Picnic Grove.

Favorite place to stay”

This is our second time to stay here and we'll absolutely be back. Perfect place if you want to relax and stay away from the chaos of the city. Location is also very accessible and near the common tourist spots if you only use the public transportation. Breakfast is yummy, really enjoyed the breakfast buffet on Sundays! Staff is great!

Check in and check out was a breeze. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool which was clean and has the right temperature. Buffet breakfast was great for the price paid. Food and entertainment (acoustic band) at siglo resto were superb. I admire their farm to table advocacy wherein they source the ingredients for their recipe either from their farm or from local farmers. Talk about giving back. And most of all, every hotel staff, even the guards, are polite, accommodating, have positive vibes and always ready to help. Thank you View Park Hotel for a very wonderful stay. We would definitely come back and refer this to our family and friends.

I really enjoyed my stay”

The room is clean and well prepared. I love the buffet breakfast. The maintenance crew was quick to response when I thought there was a problem with the shower head. The staffs were very welcoming and kind. The place is relaxing and there were many spot you can just sit back and relax.

I have stayed at many hotels throughout the world and this would have to be the most outstanding customer service experience I have ever had. The hotel may not have been the best hotel I have stayed in but the service that myself and my guests received was nothing short of exceptional and the excellent customer service was more than I ever imagined it would be

Fantastisk”

Location wise, very convenient as it is only 2 minutes away from Picnic Grove. FOOD is great and staff are so nice. Budget friendly and the whole place was so relaxing . Just need some improvement on the facilities (e.g aircon - louder sound than usual) but is tolerable.. So overall experience is great and commendable👌

Great except wifi”

We were situated at the ground floor where wifi from the buildings as well as the restaurant should have been at its strongest, unfortunately, 4 celphones and 1 laptop had no wifi that night. We used our data nevertheless

24th Anniversary Getaway”

They definitely help us made good memories during our stay. My husband requested for a candlelight dinner to celebrate our 24th Wedding Anniversary. Despite of a very short notice and unavailable staff to prepare our request, they still find ways. Excellent customer service from all their staff, ni`ce ambience, and good food. Keep up the good work guys. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and relatives

Generally Good Vacation”

The place is neat and good. The breakfast buffet is the best from the stay. Spa is okay except for the noisy guests from the other room (you can hear from the low partition). The room is small but fine. There are lots of ants on the tv rack. So we had to keep the food we brought from the restaurant safe. The staffs are courteous and amenable to our requests.

A Very Comfortable Stay”

Check in and Check out was a breeze and hotel staff are so welcoming and friendly. From the Front desk to their room attendants to security guards, even the staff at Siglo is very nice. Their breakfast is delicious (specially daing na bangus). Location is perfect just in front of Picnic Grove. The only thing I could recommend is for them to thoroughly clean their bathroom floor tiles and there are times when water in the shower does not get hot that much (it was very cold in Tagaytay during our stay so hot water is a necessity). Aside from that everything is great. Would definitely be back :)

Great value”

As always the experience starts at check and the staff from the security guard and check in staff make you feel welcomed and appreciate your choice to stay there. During check in we were asked if we were there for a special occasion and if there was anything they could provide to make the occasion more special. The rooms were well maintained and although perhaps not the most modern or fancy the were immaculately clean well maintained. The restaurant on-sie specializes in authentic Phillipino from from the various area around the country and was incredible. The restaurant staff, like the front desk staff were also welcoming and friendly. The food is incredible, indicated by the locals who also frequent the place...all in all great value and would be my place of choice if back in Tagaytay again....kudos to the staff who do a great job. Good stay, great staff”

I totally applaud the hospitality of the staff. The place has great ambience. My tiny complaint was there were a few mosquitoes in the bathroom, and there's no carpet in the room and the floor is stone-cold. Overall, it was a nice experience and stay.
