Perfect Budget Friendly Hotel ”
Staffs are friendly and approachable, my room is clean and new, internet connection (WiFi) is fast, breakfast, lunch and dinner included is tasty, free airport transfer for both of my airport travels and my overall review is I would definitely want to stay at Vivien’s hotel again when I come back to Cebu. It is perfect specially if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel which is all inclusive (full board meals and airport transfers) no need to worry about other expenses. Thank you Vivien’s hotel for assisting me during my hotel quarantine stay, I truly really appreciate everything and every one. ☺️

Lovely stay”
We had a long journey from Moal Boal to get to this hotel and only needed to stay here for one night to get our plane from Cebu Airport. Location was perfect, especially if you fancy a bite to eat there are hundreds of bars and restaurants around. Staff were so lovely and accommodating, we were really happy with our stay and would recommend to friends. Rooms were lovely and clean and breakfast was perfect. Thankyou for having us :)

Better than expected”
I thought for a 2.5 star hotel, it wouldn't be so nice, but it was a very clean, modern hotel with very nice and friendly staff. Location was good, close to an outlet shopping mall with restaurants. My only complaint is the rooms are not insulated/sound proofed, so it is loud, you hear people talking in the hallway, doors opening/closing and the noise outside. I used earplugs to block out the noise.

Exceeded my Expectations ”
If this hotel had a swimming pool, I wouldn’t think twice about booking again when visiting my fiancée who works at the nearby hospital. Staff were polite and very friendly even in the middle of night because I checked in late. The rooms are new and fittings are modern. It’s not a big hotel but space is used really well. There is also a couple of good restos and cafes across the road. Hotel charges half a night’s stay for a 4pm check out, wish something could be done about this? But that’s their choice. That would have just put a cherry on top for me. They made up for it by providing free hotel transport, A DEFINITE PLUS! Wouldn’t mind staying here again!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of everything”
This is a wonderful hotel with everything you need in the center of all the restaurants and stores the staff here will seem like family and will assist you in any way possible the rooms are comfortable and it is more than just a waiting for your flight hotel. Take advantage of getting out around the hotel and you will enjoy yourself.

Very accommodating staff. We love our stay there. The location is very good. The staff were respectful and the room is superb plus it’s very clean. I like the toilet as well. There are many restaurants nearby and coffee shop and 7/11 in front of the building. You can easily ride a taxi or tricycle outside, it’s very convenient.

Not sure if value for money will apply later on. But on this occasion i got a great deal.. Staff where great. Shuttle van to airport most welcome.. Roosters doing what roosters do, next door a bit much at 5am windows don't block them unfortunately.. And couldn't work out how to turn the two way tap into a shower. Very frustrating. But clean friendly place make up for the few negatives.

As long staying guests for 2weeks it was absolutely a worth the money stay, will recommend Vivien”
Location is very good near to airport, malls hospitals, with a Good Promo.Rate in Agoda will definetely recommend to my friend who wants to visit here in Cebu, rooms are enough to accomodate 2 person or a family of four, we slept well, breakfast is Ok, the only thing that bothers me is you can hear someone is walking or talking in the hallway, esp for me with kids.But to sum it up it was really a value for money!

Clean, friendly staff, excellent location , with three meals included in the price my quarantine stay there was very good, hotel have high speed internet and cable tv programs... all three meals were very tasty and versatile.

New, nice hotel”
I think it was so far the best equipped and maintained hotel where we stayed at on the phillipines. Clean spacious rooms. Nice staff. Room fully equipped. Also breakfast not bad. Close to restaurants and shopping mall outlet and even free airport shuttle service. Internet speed also good.

Perfect for pre flight hotel”
I really can’t fault this hotel . The rooms and hotel in general were like new . The staff were ultra helpful and didn’t blink an eye when I requested their free airport transfer service at 2am . It’s only about a 30 minute drive to the terminal depending on the traffic because it’s at the other end of the airport to the terminal 2. It’s in the food area of the city so the choice of restaurants is excellent. I totally recommend this hotel for proximity to the airport.

Fantastic hotel - highly recommend!”
Vivien’s Hotel is quite new, less than a year old. The free airport shuttle was so convenient and the rooms are really clean. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating, especially Aldrin who was very receptive to any requests we had! We booked this hotel once when we first arrived in Cebu and then booked it another 2 times when we transited through Cebu to other island as we were impressed with the quality of this hotel and staff.

Great shuttle service!”
I stayed here for a number of days for my trip in the Philippines. When I flew to Boracay and to Albay I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel without additional charge. The shuttle service I arranged (airport-hotel transfer) every time I flew back to Cebu was without any hassle at all. And it's for free! The staffs are really accommodating. They helped my stay very comfortable!
