The buildings are quite old so that’s the main downside of this accommodation. Its location is great (right by the Hamdeok beach), however the rooms are very old and have some mould smell. I stayed at a nearby hotel which was a lot cheaper but a lot cleaner.

A nice hotel with poor service ”

Near to the beach & Near to supermarkets

A very unpleasant experience. Throughout my stay with my family, there was not a single day any housekeeping was done for the room. Furthermore, we were only been provided small hand towels for shower. For a 5-star hotel, I find this very disappointing.

Price, clean room

5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Beach wasn't clean. Can't find anyone try cleaning for a day. Need a car to get. Probably no more return....

海灘潔淨,風景美”

近海灘

簡直用離譜來形容這酒店,給的那兩分,一分是給它近海灘,另一分是給酒店裏有便利店.住過很多酒店,從來沒有一家五星級酒店服務差劣非常!英文連ABC都不懂都算了,怎麼房間裏抹身用的大毛巾都要收費!只提供抹手用的小毛巾.雖然每一條大毛巾只是500WON不是多,但就是氣憤.另外,我們連續訂了兩晚,竟然收拾房間都完全沒有!連垃圾都完全沒有掉,一間兩星級酒店都會替客人收拾一下房間,掉一掉垃圾吧.這一家根本就不算是五星級,簡直離譜.絕對不建議入住.

리셉션 직원은 그 호텔의 얼굴이라고 생각합니다. 친절 불친절의 문제는 아니고 언어 응대태도가 삼성급 모텔수준이였어요. 그리고 객실내 걸레냄새 화장실내 담배냄새는 얼마나 찜찜하던지...물론 담배냄새는 투숙객의 무매너때문이겠지만요. 위치는 넘 좋아요.. 그렇지만 고된 여행 중 몸을 쉬게하기엔 편안하지않은 곳이였답니다.

제주도라 여행내내 바람은 많이부렀지만 편안하게 가족들과 잘 쉬고왔습니다 조식를 신청해서 먹었는데 깔끔하게 잘 나와서 아이들도 좋아했습니다사우나도 이용했었는데 지친몸 피로도 풀리고 좋았구요 객실도 리모델링해서 그런지 깨끗하구요 여행 내내 편안한 안식처였습니다
