Great, spacious apartment”

Our host was delightful and very responsive to our requests. The apartment was very spacious and had a good view across to the city. There was a convenient supermarket and bakery downstairs.
Nothing really, however, I am a light sleeper and the noise and vibration from the bakery downstairs preparing bread during the night for the following day kept me awake. There isn't anything our host can do about this and I only mention it if other guests are light sleepers.

Everything was far more expected! - Big and cozy apartment. - Everthing is clean, fully equip and function. - Perfect panorama city view and mountain range from other side. - The host was very kind and care. Nice location! - Bakery and Super market just under the apartment. - Bus station just cross the street. - Just 30 mins walk up to the oldtown (or you could ask the host for how to get the local bus to the oldtown.) Highly recommended!

A perfect home base in Gjirokastër.”

There is so much to like about DAI Apartments. Dorina is a very hospitable host and really makes you feel welcome. For me, proximity to the bus station was a bonus and once I figured out the local bus to the old town, the distance from there wasn't a bother. The apartment itself had two sunny balconies, stunning views, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, a washing machine with washing liquid supplied (very useful after weeks of travel), and three bedrooms! A lift in the building is also great to have. On the ground floor of the building there is a bakery and next door there is a supermarket. If you had your own car, this would be an excellent home base for exploring this part of Albania.
A slightly too spongy mattress on the master bed.

Everything! Highly recommended! I would definitely come back! Dorina, the manager, is super nice and makes one feel very welcome! She really cares a lot and I'm very grateful for that! The apartment is clean, spacious and quite new in a new building. It has all amenities for a comfy and nice stay! It is perfect for couples and families as well. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living room and a kitchen, which is perfectly equipped to prepare a bite to eat. Further there are 2 balconies with sitting possibilities for eating or relaxing. It also has a washing machine with washing powder provided. Down is a supermarket, a bakery and a fruit shop. Busstation is just close by. To the old town is about 20-30 minutes walking distance. In case someone is too lazy to walk, there are constantly buses operating or taxis!
The building is next to the main road. Hence there is the noise of the traffic, but it gets quite quiet at night. However, this was not a big problem for me personally. Just to mention for the sake of completeness.

location is excellent, you don’t want to drive in the old town. walk uphill to old town is about 30 . appartement was super everything was great shower fridge wifi market and bakery a few feet away.Host is the best we had, inquiring if we need anything.
