From the time we checked in, every hotel staff was simply admirable, helpful, easy to deal with. Room was ready. Room was cool, toilet was amazing. Toiletries were more than complete. The free pajamas, slippers added excellence. Water kettle, humidifier, bed mattress were great. Ask for the kind of pillows you need. One must take time to read the information supplied in English in the room for appreciation on how to do this and that. Housekeeping was always done too well, always clean as promised. No fear for losing anything. I appreciated so much the quick help given by front desk staff to translate to Japanese any information we needed for taxi driver, etc. Hotel was also just a 5 minute walk to main Ginza street, and less than 3 minutes walk to Tokyo subway. Taxi was ample. Lots of eateries nearby, plus Family Mart, Lawson, 7 Eleven. We felt very safe walking around even after sunset. Truly, Japan is a beautiful blessed country and this hotel was just outstanding!!

Super value!!! A must-stay for your trip”
I have always been aware that hotel rooms in Tokyo are relatively small, but the room I booked for my stay was exceptional. We had a small wardrobe to put coats and shoppings as well as some space to pack/unpack our luggages. Bathroom was very clean and spacious, it came with a tub and shower. Amenities were more than enough. Location is perfect. There is a 7-11 and drug store just below the hotel. The hotel is also very, VERY close to Ginza shopping areas (Department stores, fantastic restaurants & cafes) as well as several subway stations and JR station. Area is safe and quiet for anyone to walk at midnight. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay in Tokyo, thank you for making my 1st trip to Tokyo since covid so remarkable.

Tips for tourists who are going to stay here. - Using Ginza-Itchome station for Yamamoto Line, exit no.9 is better because it has an escalator every floor. (Exit no.10 has only ladder) - Convenient store around here, the best one is 7-11 got many more varieties of products than others around here, you shouldn't go to Family Mart because the staff at night shift is so rude and grumpy all the time. - The ramen shop opposite the hotel is good, you should try once. - Around the hotel there is a must Miso Katsu to eat, less than 5 minutes walk to go. --------- Hotel is in the great position, very convenient. Stuffs are useful and willing to help. They can communicate in English well. I stayed for 7 nights and it's a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is just what we need. At a reasonable price, the room has everything I need: a comfortable bed, a spacious bathtub and great room service everyday. Most importantly, it is location makes traveling in Tokyo a lot more convenient. Will go again if I travel to Tokyo again.

So convenient around Ginza area, great for shopping and clean, good facilities like self service laundry. Staff are friendly and so helpful, collected all amazon orders i made pre check in ready for when i arrived too! We didn’t want cleaning so we chose sustainable option but cleaning staff were helpful to give us water and empty trash when we left it outside the door

We stayed here for our ski tour. Itis an amazing place to stay in Tokyo. Metro entering is just around the corner. We especially enjoy their buffet breakfast. It is the best hotel for its price where you can stay in Tokyo.

Nice location, just minutes away from Main Street and bars. Newly renovated, and they upgraded us to the suite, which has two queen-king size bed and massage lounge, even two toilets! Will be back again for next travel!

Great hotel for a quick stay”
I was only staying in Tokyo for one night so this was a great place to stay. The room was very clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The only things I'd note use that the room is cramped so with more than one person and their stuff there would be virtually no space, and the bed was quite firm (that's the only reason for 4 stars and not 5).

The hotel is in an excellent location. The metro station is 1 min away. And all popular shopping possibilities are right around the corner. The rooms are nice, comfy and the massage chair are a super bonus. It is very smart and convenient to have a washing machine right in the hotel to do some laundry. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast is also very tasty. Can recommend it 100%

The hotel is strategically located near all the shopping and there's also a 7 eleven opp which is very convenient. The only con I think will be the size of the room is quite small for 2 persons with 2 big luggage.

Good location, surrounded with convenient stores. Close to train station. Bathroom is kinda big (compare to others that I've visited) Nice, clean, and helpful stuffs, you can even deposit your luggages there to be more convenient to walking around before your check in time.

Great location and value but strict policy”
Overall a very pleasant stay. Great value for the location as the hotel is around 500m-800m from stations and bus stops. However, very strict check out policy. Asked for an hour extension from 11am to 12pm instead for check out on last day of a 8-night stay, staff said they charge at a rate of 1000 yen per hour and time less than an hour still get charged for full hour. Ended up they actually charged me an hr for 25 mins after 11am. A little flexibility would be appreciated
