Nice staff, great location”
It is the first time for me to stay here. The hotel is located at the same building of Big Camera. Unexpectedly, the staff is very nice. Before I arrived at the hotel, I had a minor cut in my finger. When I was checking in and spoke “oops”, the staff noticed my hurt immediately and brought me the band-aid as the first thing to do. I am so impressed to her reaction. Besides, the hotel is just located opposite to the JR station. Can pass through the Ichiban mall at the basement to go to Big Camera and the hotel. One call out is the lack of view in the hotel room. My room is located in the middle of the floor. Although there is window, it is actually facing the opposite side of the building. You won’t open the window as it is the patio outside.

Good location with great amenities”
The hotel is in the same building as BIC camera, just opposite Okayama JR station. The reception is on the 5th floor. You can also reach the hotel using the underground link but the route may be longer. The hotel has polite and friendly staff. I asked for directions to Korakuen and the hotel staff provided me a map with discount coupons to the garden. When you check in, you can choose the type of drip coffee and tea and the hotel also provides sheet masks for ladies. Coin-operated washing machine is available.

Clean, Comfotable and Convenient”
It is somewhat expensive, but it is worth it. Especially the room of the view looking at station is good. Room is spacious, clean and facilities are convenient. Breakfast is also delicious. The location is the best. I want to come again.

Excellent Experience”
This hotel is located very near the JR Okayama Station, at the 5th floor of the Bic Camera building. This makes travelling to other nearby spots (such as Naoshima Island) really easy. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly. Absolutely recommended.

Location is good, many restaurants and shops nearby. just like the center of Okayama. BIC CAM B1-4/F , hotel lobby at 5/F. the room space is enough and clean.

Very spacious room at a price just little bit higher than small compact business hotel room. Great location - just opposite to the JR station, connected by an underground passageway; and surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants, including some large department stores and shopping malls No special leisure facilities but all basic amenities are provided.

very good location. Just a few mins to JR Station. Clean and big room. Also care about kids since they provide a small slipper as well as kids set to the kids as well. Recommend for the family who has a kids. ^_^ Staff also can speak and communicate in English.

Perfect for quick stopover to Kurashiki-Shi”
Okayama is a major hub connecting Central and West Japan. Traveling in Winter means having less daylight hours for sightseeing, leading to very early Shinkansen departures. Having a close, convenient and clean hotel makes catching those trains possible, and critical for families with little kids. This hotel was perfect for our needs, and we highly recommend it.

We chose hotel for the near distance to the JR station as we have some heavy luggage. Double bed is larger than the double beds of many other Japanese hotels. Hotel is close by to eateries and convenience stores. Room is very clean and spotless. Check-in took just a few minutes, and check-out is by inserting room card into check-out machine.

The location was so convenient. Just a short walk from the train station. Best for oldies like us who had to pull heavy luggage. The bus terminal was even nearer. There were plenty of food outlets nearby. Breakfast was ample and good. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Value for money hotel.

wonderful if you are not travelling with car. room is bigger than average tokyo business hotel. However, some of the rooms has windows facing inside the building. However if you are travelling with car. This is not an ideal hotel for you because 1. no place for you to park for loading or unloading, and you will get wet if rain or snow 2. parking garage is about 2 blocks away. and you need to get out before 10am everyday you stay to avoid extra charge, and come back not early than 3pm. Maybe a problem for someone who stay more than one day and hoping to leave their car in the garage. It is not cheap if you choose to park you car for the whole day.
