If you travel with a baby and does need of a “rocking chair” to make them sleep...their executive chair can help you with it. =) A Queen size bed, 2 big luggages(no problem), wi-fi, big tv set, a room with a window...not a new building but the size is relatively larger than other hotels. Really love the rocking sensation of their mid level exec.chair! =)

It's a typical Japanese hotel I found. Rooms are not very spacious but had little to no issue with having 2 big-sized people in there (~300-350 lbs each). Staff was super and very helpful. Also it was not that far from the Shin-Yokohama JR station. They also had a cafe attached to the first floor that the wife and I ate at every day we were there. Prices weren't bad, the breakfasts were not what we were expecting. Not a bad thing as we were in a totally different country for the first time, but found it kind of difficult to order at times. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. Not too much else to really say as it felt like a lot of the same hotels in major cities of Japan. Will say this, the Ramen Museum is VERY close to this hotel. Would definitely recommend going there at least once. There's also a plethora of various shops, cafes, etc... near by too.

Pricing is pretty good and it's withing a 5-10 min walk to shin-yokohama station. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Rock hard beds are a problem I've encountered at other Japanese hotels. This is a hotel good for those who plan to spend most of their time out and about.

Like any other hotel I have been to in Japan, the concierge definitely showed how Japan hospitality should be. Clean room, the room facility functioned as they should be, easy access from Shin-Yokohama Station. Very suitable for tourist who buy JR Pass. You will save a lot of money, since this hotel is a lot cheaper than those in central Tokyo with same quality.

Located just next to Shin-Yokohama Station and many restaurants and kombinis, this hotel was convenient for our one night stop in Yokohama with the Shinkansen. Nothing fancy, it's clean and convenient, price was okay.

Very near Shin Yokohama Station so it's easily accessible. The room was really clean, and much bigger than what I expected (compared to where I stayed in Tokyo), and it was much cheaper than in Tokyo. Enjoyed the free ladies's amenities that came with my booking; the bath salts were really, really nice :) Breakfast (courtesy of Moriva Coffee) was okay; it wasn't buffet-style but a simple set meal, but enough to last the morning, at least for me who isn't a big eater. Will book here again when I go back to Yokohama :)

I like that it was close to the station and the quality of the room. Small night life like 4 blocks away across the main road. Not much in this area in terms for breakfast. You might consider going to the fish market in Tokyo for excellent sushi.

convenient from the station. We booked the non-smoking room. But one of the room has a bad smell; seems to be a smoking room previously. The carpets, bedsheets, curtain all have a strong smoky stench.
