Good serviceable hotel near the train station”
Stayed here one night on a business trip, room was large by Japanese standards and clean. Staff was super-helpful and friendly. Lopcation is 2 minute walk from train station and 5 minute walk from a nice park and the Tsukuba Space Center. My only complaint is that the breakfast is pretty inedible and way overpriced at $10. Walk 1 minute next door to the Starbucks or Mister Donut.

Not flexible at all. In fact We were not in the hotel for 2 days and informed them in advance. But the hotel didn’t consider it at all. In my view flexibility should be there since We stayed there for 10 days. We would have extended the stay for couple of more days but checked out due to their low customer service levels. Food was horrible (BF)

Very close to Bus & Train station, very clean rooms, helpful staff, great value for money. Hotel is very clean and locate same location to department store. It was an enjoyable stay. The hotel also has self-serve laundry. I also liked an idea of environmental resourced conservation. there is 'No cleaning' system implemented by the hotel and customer can get some gift. I would stay at this hotel again when in Tsukuba.

Small rooms even by Japanese standards”
The hotel has a great location very close to Tsukuba Center and the train station, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are just OK, though. There was absolutely no place in my room to put away clotes are even room to store luggage. It seems that a double room is the same size as a single, only with a larger bed so that the room seems very cramped. Other hotels I have stayed at in Japan have had larger rooms with adequate clothes drawers and cabinets. The room does have a water jug for tea and coffee and a refrigerator. I would stay at this hotel again, but probably only as a single guest not with my spouse.

Very good hotel. Beside mall, train station, very clean rooms, great value for money. Tokyo is just one hour away via tsukuba express. Mall has a lot of restos and shops.

The price is consider cheap for such a good service hotel. Location is great and the staffs are very kind. The bed and pillow were so comfortable. There was a bathtub with all basic toilet amenities provided. Excellent!

Perfect no nonsense hotel for business travel”
Fantastic hotel without superfluous luxuries but with all the simple conveniences. Location is right across the train station and next to the bus terminal and taxi station. The room has many outlets and desk/chair is very comfortable for setting up your laptop and do some work. The internet connection is very stable and fast. Staff was very professional and efficient. No complaints here.

Good location but not flawless”
Many things are right at this hotel. Very nice staff, clean and location. Two small problems. I visited during the winter and the work desk was close to the window and it was very cold air streaming in. It was uncomfortable to sit there and work for a long time. The second thing was the breakfast. For European guests, there was not much to find and some mornings they were out of simple things like Corn flakes.

It was an enjoyable stay with friendly and helpful frontdesk staff. Hotel is conveniently close to station and the nearby shopping mall. I also liked the 'No cleaning' system implemented by the hotel to conserve resources :) i also enjoyed having bath salts providore at the counter.
