I had a wonderful time staying here. There were plenty of restaurants, Taxi stand and Bus stand were closed by. The room was spacious, clean and the staff were very friendly. Though the hotel was fully booked, but it was peaceful and quiet. I strongly recommend it.

Great location, very close to the roundabout aka the ‘central’ part of Seogwipo city. The waterfalls were just a short walk away. Pillows were a tad too soft but other than that, everything was great!

We will definitely stay here again. Staffs are very friendly, the hotel is clean, the location is great. In fact, there are few must-go places in walking distance. Try the kimbap that's literally 10 meters away from the hotel.

Near Seogwipo market, about 10 mins walking distance. Nice staff, just that they may not be able to understand much English. Cool carpark system too, tho you have to wait a little before they fetch the car. Overall, worth!!

Great hotel right at the middle of Seogwipo. Behind the hotel was shopping street with excellent BBQ black pork called "DON BLACK - hihgly recommend" room was very big. But beware of large group check in (students or chinese tourists). Other than that was perfect

The location is pretty good. I like that there is an automated carpark. You have to reach before 10 PM it seems. I had to park nearby when I returned late the one time.

The hotel is like a 10/15 minute walk from one of the largest waterfalls I have ever seen. It’s convenient to drive to the other places too.

It is a really good location with the market less than a 4 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are small and so is the bathroom but both were clean. The rooms do not come with toiletries except for the soap. The bed was comfortable. With some determination the front desk was finally able to accommodate my online request for two beds instead of the double bed.

It was a very satisfying place for me to relax. The perfect location hygiene service has a beautiful night view. Hyatt, which satisfies my trip, was the best space, and I recommended it proudly to everyone. If I have a chance, I'll stay at Cheju Hyatt again
