Don't bother”
Ownership made an attempt with new room furniture, bathroom counter tops, and comfortable bed but that's about it. Hair left behind in shower, floor was filthy...bottom of white socks turned black....), complimentary breakfast included 1 only moldy orange, 0 yogurt in an almost empty refrigerator, nasty tasting orange juice... not an isolated incident/ day...on consecutive days I stayed. Room sink drain pipe leaked and hotel maintenance solution was to put a towel under it... Walls/ ceilings had numerous terrible patch jobs. Cable wire was poked through wall and dangled over to the TV. Only things unseen was cockroaches...Wanted to attach photos but no option for this on this review....

Oh my goodness! Where to start... there's so much to unpack, the tldr version is keep it moving. Booked this online through agoda and had my employee check in while I was delayed on arrival. The place is a mess, the bottom floor is gutted and mid-I don't know what. Debris everywhere. The door to my room doesn't shut securely. The door was previously busted in. The door latch was broken and missing. The smoke detector was removed. Then they charged me for the stay again instead of the deposit. So I spent 320 to book it and then they charged me 320 again and said oh wow, it should fall off. Well, that's 700 for the worst room I've been in, in years. Went on their website only to find that they're temporarily closed due to damage from hurricane Ian. But they have people staying there... super sketchy. Don't do it. Trust me.

Sometimes people are stuck in they ways and like to try and tell staff that someone is doing something wrong when they never seen with there own eyes that he/she is doing wrong....I feel thar if I pay for a night people should my they damn business so what if another race lives out there

Took forever to get someone to check us in, sink barely worked but we didn’t want to go thru the hassle of moving rooms. Ambiance outside was cool though!

Okay, let me start with that I got a good deal for the Hotel. That's why I got it. The Reviwes were mixed but I normally don't care too much. I want a clean Room and that's it. I stayed with a friend of mine for 2 nights. When we got there, Staff was nice but very busy. Our Room was alright at the first look. Second look....yeah okay for 2 nights. When we opened the fridge there was still breakfast from the people before us in it. So nobody checked the fridge and cleaned it. Paint came of in the bathroom and and the walls in the bedroom. They did some construction work in the bathroom but didn't repainted it. Mirrors were not clean and the Shower Wall was still wet when we moved in. I did slept okay. Beds are nice. The Hotel is on Tamiami Trail and it's extremly loud. You could here every guest checking in, talking in the parking lot, slamming doors at night. We left early after our first night and came back around 3 pm. The Room was not cleaned. No beds were made, no garbage taking out, no new toilette paper. We thought they maybe still cleaning other Rooms but when we came back around 7 pm our Room looked the same. The second night was awefull. People checking in and yelling at each other right in front of our room for hours. Had to get the Manager twice. We told them to be so kind and keep it down because we would like to sleep. But they didn't cared. We maybe had 4 hours of sleep that night. I could look over some things. But that noise and not checking the Room was not ok. We run out of toilette paper the second night and that should not happen. The staff are doing there best and they all has been nice to us but the Hotel is not worse staying there if you like to sleep at night.

Not worth the money. I don't understand with what they charge, they could afford better curtains. We put a bar of soap to wedge the toilet to brace it in place. Just dumpy. The pools need cleaned desperately.

The place was no clean they didn't provide with shampoo or soap nether towels everyday ..and they didn't do the bed while staying there for a week.

We were given room 120. Ceilings were covered in BLACK MOLD!!!! We left immediately and was NOT REFUNDED by Agoda either!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Refurbished ”
This is a refurbished motel 6. The room we had you could tell the door had been kicked in and just a board was put there to keep the door closed. The latch wasn’t secure.
