Cleanliness was not their top priority. The king bed was decent, the queen bed was sunken in the middle and the hide-a-bed was absolutely terrible! The bed frame itself sloped to the head of the bed, the mattress had springs sticking out of it. The bathroom taps were loose and leaked and the sink had mold around the caulking. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. Definitely would pay more money to stay elsewhere next time.

Our bed was comfortable, the front desk staff were excellent. We did stay an extra night and our bed was not made up and we had to ask the cleaning staff for towels. The continental was very good. The hotel itself looks as though it could use some tlc.

Quite old and beat up, carpets were obviously stained and dirty, furniture in the rooms was quite worn and falling apart. Hair dryer in bathroom didn’t work, etc. Mini fridge in room was brand new and a nice and big, breakfast options could have been better quite minimal as far as hot options and not much variety. In a pinch I would stay again, but would look elsewhere first.

good pool with hot tub and waterslide. Clean and beds comfortable. WIFI hard to use and cuts out. Breakfast is like 7-11 quality food, no meat, eggs or toast. Just low quality muffins granola bars etc.

It was horrible ”
My room was not good. It needed to be updated and fixed. The wallpaper was peeling off the tub faucet was coming off. There was black cold in the corner of the tub. The ceiling in the washroom has stuff splashed all over it

Just fine for one night but needs to improve environmental sustainability”
Clean hotel, comfortable beds, hot tub and small pool with waterslide. Perfect for one-night stopover on a road trip. Continental breakfast is included and offers variety of choices but not a lot for health-conscious travelers. Coffee was strong and hot. My only complaint is that individual packages of condiments, paper cups and plates as well as single serve plastic utensils are creating unnecessary and excessive amount of waste at each breakfast, something this hotel chain could work toward changing to show awareness of its industry's environmental impact.

Wifi didn’t work. Beds were hard as rocks and it was so hot in the room we had to open the window each morning and night.
