I cleaned rooms for 3 years in we did better then them it was hair I had to clean before my kids did anything sad and we always stay here this the 2nd room out of 10 🤦🏼♀️

First I must say I was impressed with the size of the room Then saw tiny (very tiny teeny bugs in he sink....called front desk and they got a man to come in and spray....In a few hours they were back again...and then the next day my legs were bitten up by fleas...to make note it is a pet friendly hotel.....the next day my legs were completely covered with bites...my chest and shoulders too....just couldn't wait to go home the next day...What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned out to be a nightmare, I have pictures of my legs

This is the second time our heat went out during our stay. The staff is great and the rooms are great BUT It’s a huge inconvenience when you have small children

Not a luxury room, but it sufficed. Did notice 2 roaches, but this is FL... Room fine for a reasonably quick sleep while in the area of KSC.

Stay away, disaster hotel. Dirty rooms, I guy bit by bed bugs and now I have rashes. Pool is closed for out of order. Breakfast is very simple and no protein options. Noise all the time. Avoid this hotel.
