We arrived a liitle late from the intended sched of arrival, no receptionist/attending staff to accommodate us, we've ask the book distributor on nexr door, we've waited a few more minutes at the lobby. We felt tired of traveling, so i decided to look for another place to stay. I was so dissappointed! I will not reccommend this place to my friends/clients who will book tours in us. PS. Entrance not so well-lighted, no security guard on duty.

We arrived at 730 PM and there were no receptionists! We did not even stayed at the place and we were still charged and with no cancellation! Very bad experience with this place!

We booked this dormtel at around 10 in the evening after traveling for 7 hours before arriving at the place. Our plan was to rest for 5 hours before heading to the airport. However, even after being open for almost 5 hours, the AC was not cold. The toilet doesn't have a flush, but that's okay on our part. The staff gave us a pail and dipper, but the water coming out from the shower and faucet was not clean (probably because it hadn't been used for a long time). We didn't have high expectations, we just wanted a comfortable place to sleep in, but it was not comfy at all.

We booked online and as a tourist in the area we trusted this website and when we arrived at the property no one was there to cater us with the service that we paid for upfront in this website a person probably a guard said that the property manager was not there and our room is not cleaned and prepare considering we arrived at 5:30pm and check in should be 2pm and this was already paid upfront. Contact #, on the website is unreachable I got back in my hometown and up to now we cannot even contact this property manager to get our refund. What is this place a scam?
