The staff here was super friendly and very eager to help the visitors. When we arrived before the check-in time, we left our luggage downstairs. We later came back after our daily trip to find out that they had already brought it to our room. We rented a small bunk bed room, which was actually decent in size if you were not that picky. It was quite clean in my opinion. There was a garbage can and the staff would came to collect the trash every morning. The facilities here were impressive, to us at least. There was a coin washing machine, a coin drying machine, and an iron which we didn't use. Sadly, there was no place in our room or outside which we could use to hang our clothes. The place provided us with free blankets and breakfast: corn soup, bread, and jam. There was also an elevator, which brought us great relief since our room was located on 6th floor. There was a bathroom and a toilet on every floor, if not mistaken.

Good location”
It was just a 5min walk to JR Akihabara Station-very convenient! When you cross the station,go straight, a few minutes,its the hotel! In JR Station is where Electric Town is located! You never go hungry nor thirsty! Lots of Izakaya and resto nearby! We got the 8 person private room! Kinda small but still good. Toilets and shower rooms were very clean even if its shared. Downside is its too cold! Heater can’t sustain the cold temperature! Overall, if I come back to Japan, I’d stay here again!

Decent hostal”

Room is a bit small if we had our luggage, but we didn't. Mattress was on the thin side. We booked a room of 8, one of the top bunks is right next to the AC. It's a bit uncomfortable. The lady at the reception is very nice, recommended a good fast food place to eat, Nakau, around the corner. We needed a place to stay near a station for an early start, it worked out well.

Near Akihabara in low price but good quality”
This place is not far from Akihabara Station (about 500 m.). And near a shopping zone included a lot of restaurants. In front of hotel have a JR railway, it might be noisy a little bit. A room size isn't wide (I stayed in 6-pax room with 4 people), but not uncomfortable. (Who had an experience in dormitory will not have a problem in this place) A weakpoint of this hotel have 2 point 1) One of upper bed (Bunk bed) in my room is under an air-conditioner (very close). So if someone laid on there, he might be careful when he wake up. 2) A warm-cool water system in bathroom. When I take a bath with warm water, a few minute later, a system will stop working and change warm water be a cold water in a blink (I came from a tropical country so it's very cold in Japan). I have to waited in a minute for warm water system come back to work again, so I can continues take a bath. At last, I recommend this hotel when you travel with a group of friend. Cause this place is cheap, near major station, and shopping area in Akihabara.

Recommend place to stay”
I stay at this hotel for a weeks. Not to far from train station just 500m from jr and subway. Family mart just 100m. To akihabara town just 700m.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds.”
Pros: Nicely located in Akihabara. If you're a fan of the Akihabara area then this place is just across JR Akihabara station. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfortable for the price. Cons: For women, the shower room is located on the first floor. I stayed on the second floor so it was okay but it would be nice if there was a shower room on the same floor.

Great Hotel near Akihabara Station”
Good for a group traveler. Low price and not far from shopping area and major station. Staff can communicate English. Have a free soft drink service in a lobby. A noise from train not loudly. Only a weak-point is a bathroom, they got only 2 bathroom on 4th and 5th floor. And a warm-water system will automatic cut-off when you take a bath (imagine when you use a soap and will wash it out... A water come out in a very cool...).

Nice Hostel”
Nice Hostel in the Middle of Akihabara. so many restaurants nearby and kinda your exercise when taking the trains from Akihabara station. 5-10 mins walk depending on your speed. Rooms were small but clean. They could have put showers at every floor. The Girl on the reception was so friendly. The chubby guy was also nice but he looks very unwelcoming everytime he is cleaning, ironing, washing dishes etc. he looks like he's always mad when doing all those.

Befriedigend”
They should install hot /cold water for the tap at the basin and not only the bath room. The water too cold during winter. The hotel stated fully smoke free but I saw a Japanese old man smoking at level 1 (the dinning area which is the checking in /out area) after I came out of the bathroom. Surprised me, is it priority for Japanese?

Good Value But Too Loud on Weekends”
Overall, the place is very economical, but be warned that you get for what you pay for. My friend and I opted for the single room with the bunk bed. The room was tight but we managed okay. The problem arose with the bathroom situation. All the rooms are next to the shared bathroom, which gets loud when in use. Depending on how busy the place is (i.e. avoid weekends) don't expect to get any sleep if you are a light sleeper. For example, we had one group of people arrive late and use the bathroom at 2:30 am, and another group leave early and use the bathroom at 4:30 am. As a result, my friend and I only got a few hours of sleep.

Great option if your'e planning to stay in Akihabara”
Great location in Akihabara situated few blocks away from the train station and the many shops in Akihabara Electronics district. The 24/7 free coffee and water is really great. I just felt the reception area, the common lounge area and the elevator area was a bit narrow but there's a park in front of the hostel where you can stay as an alternative, I think. Overall, it was a good stay!
