Business hotel but you will feel at home- clean room, linen , sleeping robe and amenities- all you may need were provided. Close to transportation and convenience stores. Room is small but hey this is Japan, and this is standard business hotel. Breakfast menu was pretty s.ame, but no complaints, i always have the same for breakfasts anyway.. it was an enjoyable stay! ,

This was just a place to crash at night. The price varies greatly from day-to-day, but it's an excellent deal when it's cheap. Also, it's a no-frills hotel, but it's clean and comfortable.

Some of their staff are not the friendliest. But not so bad. The bed is soft, pillows are thin. Best to bring your own extra pillow. For the price, it's good.

decent location, in business district so is quiet during weekends, not a lot of restaurants options nearby though. walkable distance from metro station. Clean room, helpful staff. The only thing is I had to receive a free bottle of coffee instead of water. Yes, I asked, it had to be coffee, not water.

I have travel extensively through the world but have NEVER been to a hotel that condemns potential clients as an article written by Toshio Motoya (CEO APA groups) attacking and criticizing The Republic of Korea). The article was shocking. It was in the magazine Apple Town and left in the room was unbelievable. You’re the CEO of a company that is depended on tourist and you criticize the very people you want to stay in your hotel and resorts. Why because you want to show your imaginary superior attitude over the Republic of Korea? Maybe as an American I should remind you sir of what America did for your country after World War 2. It is comments like this that prevent The ROK and Japan from mending relationship. Enough said about the comments of a misguided and ill-informed CEO Let’s talk about the staff at the hotel; they struggled to answer the most basic question. Their inability to communicate was disappointing. The room was so small the wi-fi was terrible, the location awful.

Great for a business hotel. Small rooms but layout is such that it maximises the space available. Room very clean and bed (including pillow) very comfortable. Would def stay here again!

I booked for two double rooms and a single for a family trip. Instead of getting five peoples' pyjamas and toiletry, i only got three. And when I tried to call the front desk for a few times, no one answered. I had to go down to reception to get the stuff for my family and the reception wasn't so willing to help. And as in communication ability, it was written that they can communicate with English, but their English were so poor. As a person who is studying Japanese, I tried to communicate using Japanese instead. However, the staff were rude as in they didn't used the polite form to talk with me. As everyone who studies Japanese language should know, we should communicate with customers using the polite form of Japanese instead of plain chatty form of the language. It wasn't a pleasant stay form me and my family. And I expected more from a well-established hotel like APA.

Small room and bath, but big enough. Very new and clean. Huge TV. Very slow Internet. But depending on the day, this is the cheapest hotel in the Hanzomon/Kojimachi area. As long as the price is cheap on that day, I'll definitely stay here again. P.S. Sometimes smoking rooms are cheaper than non-smoking rooms. I feared the worst, but actually the smell was hardly noticeable.
