Great budget hotel”
Only stayed one night, but everything was great. The room was on the smaller side witch wasn't reflected in the listing pictures, that's the only downside.

Good but far ”
Its kinda far from anywhere, nearest station maybe walk 5-10 minutes and convince store around 5 minutes, I need to grab taxi for faster transport

Our bed was lopsided and the room was very small. If you’re not going to spend time in the room, then this hotel is fine.

Short Tokyo trip”
The stay at the APA hotel was good. The personal were very friendly and polite. The area is very quiet. Its also 15min far away from the city. But for a short trip I would recommend to stay in APA Hotel

Kleines Zimmer in Business Hotel”
Ich war zufrieden mit dem Hotel, würde aber das nächste Mal an einen belebteren Ort wohnen gehen. Rundherum gibt es kaum Restaurants oder Bars, da das Hotel in einem Geschäftsviertel liegt. Auch wollte ich nach einem Interkontinentalflug früher einchecken und sie waren sehr unkulant. Sie wollten mir pro Stunde 1000 Jen verrechnen, obwohl das Zimmer schon frei war. Das fand ich schon ärgerlich. Ansonsten hält das Hotel was es verspricht.

Place was very clean and staff helpful. Breakfast could be better with more continental options. There’s places to eat around walking distance. I liked that there is a 24hr grocery store. A little hike to the subway. Could have passed on breakfast.

The location wasn’t great, and the subway line was bit far away from hotel and also not very convenient for me. It you plan to go Shinjyuku area, it’s okay, but any other places might not be convenient as JR line. The view was good by river thou.

I have stayed here 2 times now, first was a business trip and second was a vacation trip. I prefer this hotel because it's less expensive than other economy hotels that is near Tokyo center, the community around here is very quiet since its a business district, and lastly, it has a great view of the Tokyo buildings, the Sumida River, the Shin-Ohashi bridge that lights up at night, the Highway, and the Tokyo Skytree tower. Make sure you pick a room facing the river and try to get the 11th floor rooms, so you would be bit far away from the highway (it could be somewhat noisy in the morning when some loud cars drive by, but at most times it is very tolerable). Morning buffet is cheap at about 10$, but very, very limited especially if you prefer a western style breakfast.

The room is a bit small but it's ok according to Japanese standards. The impressive thing is that I never saw a bathroom and room that used the space as well as this one. WiFi is good, staff is nice, the neighborhood is quiet so it's nice to rest and it has blackout curtains, something that many hotels in Japan don't have. I am very satisfied with this hotel!!

Location and View”
The view of the room was surrounded by buildings. We couldn't even have light and fresh air. The location of the hotel is so far from all stations. 14-15 mins by walk.

I like this place as it is clean and quite area. It also near to T-CAT bus terminal which easier to take limousine bus to and fro airport. But if your purpose is to shopping then is better to stay around the area nearby.

Need to walk quite a distance from the metro station ”
if you have alot of luggages and travelling by public transport try to book hotel that is more accesible because you gonna have a hard time dragging your luggages. You can watch Skytree tower lighting from your hotel room window if you're lucky enough, i saw mine in the bathroom. The hotel room is quite small. Room amenities not bad. But the bedsheet have little bit stains (if you don't mind) Staff might not be strong in understanding English, so please be kind and speak slower for them to understand. If you're travelling for a long period, try to use their laundry services instead if the coin washing machine because they only have 1 machine and most of the time its being used by other guests and you probably have to wait for quite long.

The proximity of the train station (Hamacho) was a positive factor. It was peaceful and quiet, a good place to retire night after a long day. Hotel room was squeaky clean.
