Overall, nice place to stay”
My group stayed here for 3 nights, and generally liked the location, in-room facilities, cleanliness, and so forth. It's a relatively easy walk from the station and pretty easy to find. The staff was also very helpful when one of the party forgot an item when checking out, and made arrangements for an easy pickup later in the day. Our one gripe was the challenge in checking in--if you don't arrive during the somewhat limited front desk hours, you have to use the phone provided to call for instructions as to how to get your room key and pay the minor Kyoto hotel tax. However, we tried calling three times over 10 minutes and no one answered. We were literally about to walk off and find another place to stay when someone called the phone back and got us checked in. So I recommend if you plan on staying here, make sure you come during the posted front desk hours and save yourself any chance at aggravation. The staff can speak English. Rooms are cleaned every day and all the towels/amenities are also replaced daily. The hotel itself is located near a couple different subway lines: Asakusa (via Takaracho station), Yurakucho (via Shintomicho station), and Hibiya (via Tsukiji station). It is also walking distance to both the Outer Tsukiji Market and the Ginza area.

A comfortable stay”
Located 2 mins from Shintomicho metro station near Ginza. Especially good for going to the Odaiba area. The facilities were great - Wi-Fi, hot water and heating all worked well. Just need to be careful because there's no grey area with the taps - either turned off or strongly on. The bed was great, though the pillow was a bit flat. Really appreciated being able to get a breakfast set for ¥800 each at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Overall a comfortable stay for the price.

Staff are so nice and approachable . Very near subway . Very generous with bathroom toiletries they provide complete set of toiletries like cloth body scrub, comb, hair cover, shaves, cotton buds, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body soap, pony tails and cotton.... incredible APA.

Good choice”
The place was clean, quiet, the staff was very friendly. Hotel is located 2 minutes of walk from subway station. During my 2 weeks stay there I never had any problems or reasons to complain. The manager at the desk speaks basic English. It will be enough if you will have questions or need to ask to order you a taxi raid.

Comfortable stay”
Very comfortable stay. The hotel is 1 minute from Shintomicho station and within walking distance of Tsukiji, Ginza and Tokyo station. There is a great restaurant in the ground floor and several reasonable eating options nearby.

Central location in Tokyo”
No complaints about the location and staff. Only hiccup is the hair stuck on the ceiling of the shower/tub and swatted insect on the pillar beside the bed. But can’t be too picky, the pro’s outnumber the cons ten to one. I’d book here again if I get lucky enough to go back to Tokyo. Thank you.

Nice, clean & convenient location”
There's a lot APA hotels in the area. This one was the cheapest I manage to get. The room though small (I guess typical for hotel rooms in Japan) because it is for 1 person, but is extremely comfortable & clean. Staff are very polite and helpful. Small food outlets are all around. Subway access is all within walking distance.

Good though small”
I booked this hotel very late. It seemed so small to me but i had no choice. Suprisingly, it was a really nice hotel as staff and equipments are so great. Check-in is fast and they have self-check-out. This room is really small and we had two big luggages, so it was really crowd to walk around. But we think it was okay as it was still manageable. They provide room service everyday. If you don't want it you can put the card on the door, but they will still give you new things such as towels and bathrobes. The hotel is close to Shintomicho station and a 7-11. There are so many restaurants nearby too, which operates till late night. Overall i can say its only flaw is the small size, but otherwise it is great.

Very helpful and accommodating hotel staff. Cleanliness is good. The only improvement that can be done is on the pillows - too thin.
