The staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and all amenities were provided. The place was also in a convenient spot with Odaiba being minutes away. Overall, highly recommended!

Very accommodating”
This hotel uses machines for check in. When I realized the price for new years eve was 25,000 yen, the staff were very accommodating in letting me cancel that night and refund the money in favor of staying at a friend's house. The other nights were very reasonably priced for tokyo. It's recommended to know some basic Japanese as the staff do not speak English well. Overall highly recommended!

Amazing location”
The location of this hotel was perfect for everything. We were 3 stations away from Disney and then only 2 stars away from Tokyo station. It made commuting around so easy and convenient. It only lost a start due to value because of the breakfast at the hotel. So not worth it. The price is insane and the food was not work that much. You are much better off going into Tokyo to eat somewhere or buying, food at a station And as for facilities, I wish there was a swimming pool or tub or something that allows for swimsuits for all those that are not comfortable with the trend there

Excellent cleanliness, location , facilities A plus plus, how ever the front desk wasn’t that service of 100 percent like most shop, maybe he , lack of confidence in English or don’t like foreigners, he did not seem to like me, maybe it just me. But highly recommend for all occasions as solo, couple, family, business.

Close to Tokyo, Close to Disney”
Chose this property for the price and location and was not disappointed. Just two stops from Disney and two stops the other way from Tokyo it was great after a long day at Disney Sea. The hotel has a Lawson on the ground floor so it made it convenient for Breakfast and warm drinks on the go.

Convenience for free and easy traveller”
A good hotel for family who would like to visit Disneyland as it is 3 stations away. The hotel is 200 meter from Shiomi station, Maruetsu supermarket and a few restaurants. Family mart is 100m away, and Lawson is at ground floor. Room is smaller in Japan than other country, but it is clean and very well maintain. No noisy air-cond or faulty equipment. Everything work just find.

Great locations for Disneyland, small room size”
I went there only for Disneyland and Odaiba, the hotel located very near train station. It took only 5-10 minutes to Disneyland & Sea, and just a short travelling to Odaiba. The room is small same as other APA hotel but there's everything u need in it. Also, there's minimart downstairs and on-sen but it's quite small and very crownded. Overall, it's good for Disney and Odaiba but quite far from the city

Small but equipped”
I booked the cheapest room and it's VERY small but equipped even with a bathtub! But somehow it smell "ammonia". The window could drop if you open it, don't know who broke it. The wall below the window have a hole, again, don't know who broke it. Overall it's convenient as Lawson is just downstairs, we don't have to worry if too lazy to buy breakfast, dinner or supper before going to bed. public transport just a 5 minutes walk. Staff doesn't looks welcoming us as we doesn't looks like a local or Malaysian.
