The hotel is located near restaurants and other tourist attractions. You can walk to the beach. The facilities, although not luxurious, are in good condition and clean. The floor was also an attraction. The hotel has everything you need to enjoy San Juan and get to a comfortable place to sleep.

Great location for arrival in San Juan”
This hotel is close enough, but far enough away from the airport, and just a few steps from the beach. Walking distance to drug stores and tons of restaurants, so we were able to eat and pick up any necessities that were needed. The only downside is that traffic becomes very congested in the afternoons, so if you do have a car and are trying to get out fo the hotel area at that time you must be patient and leave yourself extra time.

Friendly Staff, Crummy Accommodations”
I'll start with the good: price. The Palm Inn was cheaper than most other hotels I checked in the neighborhood. Also, location—in the heart of Condado (if that's your thing) and a three-minute walk from the beach. Finally, the staff—from front-desk receptionists to housekeeping—were unfailingly friendly. Now for the bad and ugly: on my second day, one of two available elevators broke, resulting in long waits and cars sometimes too crowded to enter. I often just opted to take the stairs, despite staying on the tenth floor. When I checked out (three days later) the elevator still hadn't been fixed. Also within the first two days, my bathroom sink stopped draining. When I alerted the front desk, the receptionist sounded unsurprised and promptly sent a repairman. If you want your room cleaned, you have to request it (a COVID policy). I don't have a problem with that, but nobody informed me that requests need to be made by 3-4pm—until I made mine too late. Also unfulfilled were separate requests for an extra towel and blanket. The staff's goodwill is appreciated but only goes so far; I probably won't stay here again.

You walk into the lobby your like okay BUT you get the room it’s another story 1st I was move from a room because they had to put a closet in what a inconvenience made me late for dinner the 2nd room was as if. They just put a closet in this room with all the dust I even found mold etc etc ....I wish I could upload the picture!!!!! It’s a NO FOR ME!!!

Understaffed and slow inattentive service. Room not clean. Stains on carpet worn out bed linens. Scuffed furnishing. Mold in shower and Flooded bathroom. Elevator malfunctioned and stuck while we were in it, front desk did not answer the phone when we called and it took almost 10 minutes before someone heard us and alerted the staff. Safety protocol needs improvement.

Carpets were threadbare in spots in the room, and bubbles up. The bathroom door hardly opened without really pushing on it, took my husband and son who are both big guys to work together to open the balcony door.

Disappointed! The hotel rooms are nothing like the online pictures. Special requests are not guaranteed. You are given whatever is available at the time of check-in. The area is not the greatest. Homeless people were sleeping on the streets, along trash etc…

This hotel was disgusting and was filth everywhere! The ceiling in the bathroom leaked and no one ever came to fix it! It was extremely overpriced for the experience! I wouldn't recommend to anyone!
