da sich die meisten Zimmer in Richtung Innenhof befinden, war es auf Grund der nächtlichen Gespräche der Gäste, die sich gerne noch dort aufgehalten haben, laut. Nach zahlreichen Beschwerden und einiger unruhiger Nächte war das Hotelpersonal aber bemüht für Ruhe zu sorgen.

Lovely boutique hotel with a great interior and incredible location. The staff were very accommodating and patient with early check-ins and other services. Shoutout to EDDY who gave us the most pleasant reception :)

Great location”

Right in the heart of Condado. Not fancy, but comfortable room and bed with a common fridge and kitchen to store food. The front desk manager, Eddy, was great. He stood outside in a parking space and saved it for me while I was driving around the block looking! And btw, you don't really need a car in Condado. It is more of a pain due to parking issues. I'd definitely stay again.

If you are not fit be sure to get a room on the second floor. We had the lovely penthouse on the fourth floor but o was gasping by the time I got there. Never mind with luggage.

No frills, but good spot”

Good location, just not a thrilling room, but definitely good value.

Boutique style hotel with character”

The room was clean, but quite small. The noise from the air conditioner was the main issue for me. Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited to white bread and cereals etc. only.The staff was polite and willing to help with booking daily activities etc. The building itself looks very cute from outside.

Een leuk hotel op een levendige locatie. Verwacht geen grote comfortabele kamers, maar ze geven wel een redelijk ontbijt

El Hotel está ubicado en el corazón de San Juan, pero el personal tiene pésima atención al cliente, el servicio de limpieza no existe y cuando lo pides no es de buena calidad, en mi opinión mala estancia.
