It is my third time to stay at this hotel. It is because the location of hotel is good. It is quite close to JR station and shopping center. This year I only spent 490 yen on taxi fare from prince hotel to centurion hotel . It depends on whether there is available taxi after getting off the airport limousine. Last year, I picked my luggage and walked from prince hotel to centurion. It may take around several minutes. It is very easy to get a taxi from centurion hotel to prince hotel. I only spent around around 500 yen. 24-hr 7-11 is on the ground floor. We can walk to seiyu supermarket to buy some local food to eat. There are microwave, dryer and washing machine on the lobby floor. They provide free supply of green tea, coffee at the lobby floor. The staffs are very nice and helpful. I plan to stay at this hotel with my sisters in the next year.

Location is very convenient, close to the train station & JR station, large shopping malls, a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. Shops nearby closes late and u can have enough time to do shopping even late at night. Facilities are superb: coffee and tea machines at the lobby floor; face wash, body wash, shampoos and slippers are provided. We booked a second large room with a 5-ft bed, which is super comfortable. Shower is strong enough and can enjoy a great shower after a day's shopping! Highly recommended!!

Nice reception team who provided good service recovery...”
Terrible episode at Denny's where we have our breakfast (thanks to a nonchalant young Japanese who was extremely nasty particularly to Chinese guests)... but the issue was quickly resolved upon reaching the ears of the Reception team. The Receptionist manager was partial and was quick enough to notice the lacklustre attitude of that waitress... plus a few other guests complained as well... She and her team was really apologetic (though it's no fault of theirs since the breakfast was outsourced to Denny's) and even bought a gift as service recovery (which I didn't expect)... Kudos to a wonderful reception team... and yes, avoid Denny's at all course... skip the breakfast option... There's a lot of better choices out there at Ikebukuro....

We booked last minute for this hotel. I might say that it did not disappointed us. We were checked in right away (checkin time is 3PM). The location is near the Ikkebukuro Station (5mins walk) and Ichiran ramen (2 mins walk). The place is full of color, food and people. There are malls nearby BIC and Seibu mall which is really convenient, oh and also Don Quijote is near! Over all I will book again to this hotel since it is really a good location and the staff are really nice. Thumbs up for an excellent service guys! Hope to see you soon! Zel J.PH

Best ever stay in Japan”
Location - Quite conveniently located. Near to Ikebukuro train station with some nearby eateries and a 7-11 at ground level. There are also various shopping areas nearby, some walking is required. Staff - Polite, friendly and helpful Room - Two single bed with a single seater sofa. A LCD, probably, 50 inch wall mounted which is surprising for me. A mini fridge and humidifier below the dressing desk that comes with a stool. Bathtub in the bath room which is also surprising for me. Cosy, neat and tidy. Overall - Best ever stay in Japan, Tokyo. 2 thumbs up!

wonderful stay with a great location ”
- walking distance to ikebukuro station - easy to find - 7-11 and denny's right below - lots of amenities (laundry, vending machine, etc.) - free coffee and tea provided - great bathroom amenities provided - lots of restaurants within walking distance - very friendly staff would highly recommend for a stay in Tokyo with a small group or a solo traveler. I would definitely stay here again.

I always stay in this hotel whenever i travel to Tokyo as it's super easy to get around and it's near the station. This time however I had a bit of a small inconvenience The initial room we got was not so good because it was a bit dirty and smelled of smoke, even though I booked a non-smoking room (4th floor room), but the staff was kind enough to change the room for us to a cleaner and smoke-less room. With that out of the way, the stay was of course great with the fantastic Japanese hospitality. I of course enjoyed the breakfast daily and I never get tired of the meals served. Overall, I will come back again and again and again

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Great location and convenient location to JR and other subway lines .(5 minute walk). There are tones of restaurants , short walk to Sega arcade , shopping malls in the area.

Excellent Location”
It is very convenient. You can find drug shop, a lot of popular restaurant nearby. Besides, the breakfast provided in 2/F is tasty as well. During the trip, my son and I brought a lot of snacks in the 7-11 in 1/F which is extremely convenient. Actually, you can have a very nice experience just staying in this location due to lots of shopping and leisure location nearby e.g. Sunshine City. My son age 6 love this area very much.

Great location, train station, shopping and restaurants all nearby. Room was small (expected) and generally pretty clean though there was always a horrible smell after housekeeping cleaned the room... (Similar to that of a wet, unwashed rag) and we had to air the room each time (thank God the windows could be opened). The only thing that bugged me was the fact that the hotel doesn't seem very safe. Granted there were security cameras around but unlike most hotels, the rooms are accessible directly from the entrance on the ground floor, with no need to pass the concierge and no security whatsoever. But still not bad a hotel with good location.
