Das Schild, welches das Hostel von der Straße aus kennzeichnete, war nur auf Japanisch. Daher schwer auffindbar für Nicht-Japanischsprecher. Leider hatte unser Zimmer nur ein unöffenbares Fenster mit Milchscheiben... Zudem fanden wir unter dem Kopfkissen silberne Käferchen... Das Personal musste nach mehrmaligen Rufen und einsteigen ins Haus zur Rezeption geführt werden, war dann aber sehr hilfsbereit.

Location near the Metro, restaurants, and convenience stores. The place is excellent for budget travelers.

Save your money, bad hostels”
If it wasn't paid yet, go find others. We pick Japanese style room, and find out that the room was isolated (level 4 on separate building) and next to kitchen and wash room. Problem start at 11PM, we need to sleep, and the kitchen start running. They make many noise and talking and singing. 30 minutes waiting without luck, I was then telling 3 guys on the kitchen that I need to sleep. Then they stop singing and talking. But keep working with noise. Day after I am talking to the staff and they offering me the replacement room on the same level, which I think it was not guest area. Because our next room keep their cooking tools inside the room. Tips, there is good toilet and shower with soap and shampoo on level 2, use elevator. There is also good toilet on level 3. Alwas check for toilet tissue before you using the toilet. The toilet tissue was not always available. The bunkbed is to close to the roof, I have to use floor to have a better space to sleep. Will never go back for this hostels again.

Ausreichend”
Initially I booked for 6 female dorms for my sister and me, but they upgraded the room into a private room! Private room is Ok - spacey and most importantly they got heather as Tokyo still cold at that time. Location wise, Chiyoda inn is close to the subway and JR station atound 8-10mins walk. One thing as a very much minus point in this inn is the toilet at 4th floor - somehow dirty, stinky and got no toilet paper :(

Good Hostel near Akihabara Line”
The location is quite close to Akihabara JR Line. A lot of mini markets and restaurants nearby. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. The only issue we have is that the room we were staying in has bed bugs. So we told the staff and they moved us to another room which is more clean.

Clean Place Comfort”
The place is quite so clean and make us feel comfort the bed is big enough for me and husband the room is clean and big. Nice place :)

The room had bedbugs that bit us”
The room just have one bathroom for all the people, and the airconditoner didn't heat the room. In the other way, the recepcionist is really nice with guest and the location is perfecto.

Slept with a bed bug”
Slept and woke up to bed bug bites. Spotted the bugger and squished it. But not before getting feasted upon. Still itchy now as I'm typing this 4 days later and am now paranoid about possibly bringing home these critters. The place also doubles up as a Chinese language centre. Aye a little dodgy...

Nice staff & great location but...the room is different than we thought”
We have booked the room for 2 nights in Japaneses style (in the old building I think because I saw some rooms in the connecting building that look better & new. We don't mind to stay in the old one but in the late night, next of our room is kitchen...it is so noisy from cooking & talking that wake us up =( So...we would like to recommend you to book in the New Zone not the 4th floor next of Kitchen

Our last night in Tokyo”
Warning, the place is quite hard to find, even my GPS kept sending me the wrong way, but as the address system in Japan is quite hectic, nothing new here :) The staff is very helpful, as always. We had to complain about the noise some of our neighbors were making late at night, but it's a guest house. Convenient location, close to Electric Town without being to close to the craziness. The room was comfortable ( i sleep better on futons than on a bed, despite my back issues ) and clean.
