Location is great, just beside Shin-Koiwa station (< 1 min) with many shops, eateries and super market nearby. Room was cosy, clean and comfy for me and it's equip with a cooking stove, microwave and dvd/cd player in addition to basic hotel room amenities. Staff was friendly and checking in was smooth. The only setback was that I'm given a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room during booking. Stayed for 6 nights and can smell smoke on 2 of the nights. Also saw my next door guest smoking outside on the corridor. Request for high level room and was given a room on level 4 instead. Other than that all else are good.

Absolutely great location which is close to train station just walking distance to 1.5min. next door small shop but just around many shops and restaurants, absolutely perfect. The room are not so big I would say small, however enough for two, very clean room as bonus, friendly staff which always trying support. Really nice people. I will back for sure if my trip will be in Tokyo.

Good place for short stay, better for long rentals”
It's a little far from the busy city centres BUT since I was on holiday, I really didn't mind it. If you're a business traveller and your appointments are at, say, Shinjuku then you may want to factor in the longer travelling times (and train changes). Food is available everywhere and at all hours, too. The train station is just a three-minute walk away; five if you walk real slow. There's a laundry room but I didn't check it out. They don't clean your room (you can pay them too though) but they do take your trash out every few days and change your towels/replenish toiletries. There is no night staff either -- you get a passcode to enter the main entrance and another one to enter your room. Brilliant. Overall, it's a great place for solo travellers.

Good, clean, safe business hotel”
Perfect for business travel. However: 1) The WiFi would not allow me to connect to my company VPN, 2) The door locks are unnecessarily complicated and atypical, 3) There is no housekeeping on multi-day stays.

Great place in a nice location”
Small but meticulously clean room with all the necessities, hot water and good water pressure, plenty of clean towels provided, and located near a great subway station for getting to most of Tokyo quickly!

This hotel is value for money with complete room facilites , near JR station ( shin-koiwa ) , the room is small ( japanese typical hotel ) but not problem for couple traveler, maybe someday if i visit tokyo will stay in this hotel again

Great Location”
A simple hotel situated very close to JR station in a great neighbourhood with shopping and dining streets. Availability of lift make it convenient especially for the elderly. However, lack of cooking utensils make the kitchenette useless. Expect a single size bed although stated semi-double on website.

Nice, convenient location for a nice inn”
One of the best things about this place is LOCATION. Shin-Koiwa Station has a lot of stuff in the area and this CYPRESSINN TOKYO allows you to partake in much of what the area has to offer. We (only) stayed a couple of nights and it met all of needs ideally. CYPRESSINN TOKYO is a solid option for anyone staying in the area.

Nice hotel, extremely small bed for 2 people ”
Hotel was nice for its price, close to station, but bed is VERY small for 2! I really do not advise this bed for double travelers

장점 신코이와(JR) 전철역과 1~2분거리 호텔 바로앞 로션편의점 그리고 슈퍼마켓 호텔룸에 전자렌지 일반호텔에서 보기 힘든 중형 냉장고 단점 숙박기간 동안 룸 청소를 안해줌..ㅜㅜ 도쿄 중심지 하고 거리가 있음 도쿄 메트로카드 사용시 추가비용 발생 (신코이와 전철역이 JR) 아침 8시 이전 하고 저녁10시 이후 프론트 직원 없음

이번에는 싸이프레스 인 도쿄를 이용해 주셔서 대단히 감사합니다. 이 호텔은 역 북쪽 출구에서 도보 1 분 호 입지에서 24 시간 편의점과 심야 1 시까 지 영업하고 있는 슈퍼가 눈앞에 있고, 저렴한 반찬 가게나 그 외에도 많은 음식점이나 약국 등이 있으므로 숙박 자양으로부터 큰 호평을 받고 있습니다. 객실 시설로는 호텔에서 특별한 주방, 2 도어 냉장고, 전자 레인지 및 가습 공기 청정기 등 객실에서 느긋하게 보낼 대단히 호평을 받고 있습니다. 다음 기회에도 꼭 이용하실 수 있으면 다행입니다. 직원 일동 기다리고 있겠습니다 있습니다.
