Great location, best value for money in Tokyo ”
We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed our entire stay. Check-in was efficient, staff spoke English well. Rooms were average Japanese size (so you could only open 1 suitcase at any time) but well equipped and always clean. It included a small refrigerator, trouser press. Bathrooms were a decent size too with tub. You can get your own amenities from the reception on 2nd floor (bath salts, razors, bath towels, coffee, tea). Best thing about this place is the great location - it's a 5 min walk to the Shimbashi train station (both JR and subway) that connects you to most of the places you'd visit in Tokyo, lots of convenience stores around, drinking places and you can even walk to Ginza (15 mins). Absolute value for money, would definitely return and happy to recommend.

Great hotel and close to Haneda Airport!”
We stayed here on our last night in Japan and it was really clean, updated, and conveniently located to the Haneda airport (about a 25 minute subway ride). The room was a bit small for two people with all of our luggage, but the bathroom was large and it was totally fine for a night or two! The staff was super nice and helpful as well. There's also a great Neapolitan style pizza restaurant (seriously) across the street that's open late). Would stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo!

Excellent, all rounded hotel”
Very good location within 5 mins walking distance to the train station. Shinbashi area hosts a wide arrange of Izakaya, restaurants, etc that is really convenient. The hotel is new this year with excellent facilities. Good selection of amenities on the lobby floor. They even have good pillows with neck support to rent for free subject to availability. Really good service from the staff too. Even those who does not speak fluent English go out of their way to help. Breakfast buffet is nice too, even though the dishes seem to repeat over the 4 days I stayed. It is a good selection of dishes so I didn't really mind. Overall, a really good hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location ”
Hotel to update on website & goggle ASAP. As 1st time to this hotel, we travel by train n open up goggle and find the hotel. But it keep showing GINZA branch, without knowing its not the same. In e end we ended up at the wrong branch and walk all the way to the end to the hotel. Other than that, location, staff nearby are all excellent..

A brand new hotel of very competitive price ”
New, clean and just 2-minute walk to Shinbashi Station. Yet, the double room is really too small and the car park only opens up to 22:00.

6 nights good experience ”
We stayed for 6 nights. The bathroom is big and new. Room is tiny, but great to sleep and stay. No department store nearby, but a lot of restaurants. Family mart just next to the building. If you next to go Narita airport, there is a direct train to there which not need to change. Overall to say, worth for money, will be my choice again next time.

They have a amenities bar where you pick various convenience items for your stay, location is great with direct train to HANEDA airport. So many convenience stores near the hotel too.

酒店设施很新，位置非常好，就在新桥站附近，离东京也就两站。无论坐JR地铁或者换车去机场都很方便。周围吃饭的地方很多。就是双床房的房型不太合理。显示23平，但是很多地方利用不到，只能摊开一个箱子。这还是需要自己重新搬一下沙发和茶几位置的前提下。隔音效果不是很好，尤其晚上10点后和早上6点多特别明显。可以很容易听到往来的火车压过铁轨的声音，轰隆隆。

整体还是不错的，毕竟是新的酒店，但是离店时落了一些钱在房间，回过去问时说没有，不知道是沟通不明白还是什么情况，还好也不多，也就算了。
