Perfekte Lage um Tokyo zu erkunden”

Alles sehr sauber und neu, Zimmer wie überall in Japan eher klein, aber sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Personal sehr nett, spricht nicht immer Englisch. Frühstück sehr gut (japanisch), manche Optionen allerdings schon 8:45Uhr vergriffen. Nette Zugabe: abendliche, kostenlose Ramen-Nudelsuppe!

Clean and Modern with Hot Spring”

Small room but sufficient for a night stay. Very clean and complete with amenities. Worth mentioning hot spring and love the “soft water” in the hot spring as well as shower ! The only negative was there’s no elevator or lift for the nearest exit from train station to hotel. Inconvenient with luggage and Exit with Lift is one street across that you have to pull your luggage to cross the road

i stayed here for 3 nights Pro: very spacious compared with other tokyo hotel / hot spring facilitate available / free coach to tokyo station / free Ramon at night ..comfortable to stay ....i and my husband love it so much Cons: no cleaning service within these 3 nights even by request, no extra towel was given. (eco friendly maybe)? may not easy to get used to it for me as a general tourist , rubbish bin was full also need request to clear it ... a bit messy ..... but i am very okay with the other facilitate here, like the bathroom was big and comfortable the location was good just next to the metro station, you can get a very silent night ( but if you like shopping the drug stores and buying souvenirs at very late night like in shinjuku it may not be suitable.. only some convenience store you can find nearby, no shopping at night ) so depends on what u need

2nd time staying at the Dormy Inn chain of hotels in Japan and I love the facilities especially the in-house onsen and free 9pm ramen. Staff were friendly and shuttle to Tokyo station was very convenient!

Home away from home”

You have everything in there like a home but even more. The onsen, the ramen, the daily cleaning & the location is so great. Felt so pampered for the whole stay. A straight 5/5 to all of you guys at Dormy Inn!

Has most everything I want”

Good location beside Tokyo Metro's Kodenmacho station. The rooms are kept neat and tidy. The bathroom is small but very well maintained. Ended up using the onsen baths at the top floor more than the room's bathroom. A good soak in the onsen bath is relaxing after a long day of walking. The breakfast is good value with a small selection but of good quality - even had grilled scallops in shell available daily. In addition, there's free ramen supper at night for all hotel guests. The staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly the receptionist helped to call JR East to locate my backpack which I absentmindedly left on the Narita Express.

cons: Location. Need to change subway line to popular tourist places, airport, etc. pros: Property uses soft water, which makes ur skin soft when bathing. Free ramen at night. Morning japanese traditional breakfast is amazing.

I always choose Dormy Inn!”

It was not the first time I stayed in Dormy Inn. But it was the first time I visited this one located in Kodemacho. Last time I stayed in Dormy Inn Akihabara. The hot spring, late night supper and the welcome drink were so considerate. It was so great to have hot cocoa on a cold winter day in Tokyo. Plus, the receptionists were always helpful and kind.

Pros : VERY near the kodemmacho train station. The quieter station compared to the rest and yet just one station away from akihabara and direct access to Tsukiji. The moment the lady at the check in counter saw we brought a toddler, she instantly upgraded us for free to a twin room! (I couldnt book the twin from agoda as it was sold out and only booked a double). Cons : it is quite dead at night around this area.

Wonderful value overall. Won’t repeat what others have said (all great points, and they truly are a wonderful property), but if you want to use an iron, be sure to ask a day in advance (at least). The property only stocks four irons for the entire location, and the ironing board provided is a mini one. Also, room was rather dry, so be sure to ask for a humidifier. Dormy Inn Shibuya had one in unit, so I was slightly puzzled why they didn’t have one.

Hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station, TCAT where you can take the airport bus. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite good although it would help they will change menu. It gets to be tiring after 2-3 days.

Easy access to subway, free coffee, ramen at night, nice onsen on the top floor. Nice bed and linen, only the pillow is too low, you need to ask for extra one. Very friendly staff, it's a very nice stay.

Great Hotel with Open-air Hot Bath near Tokyo station”

Pros: -The location of the hotel is just besides Tokyo Metro Kodenmacho station, literally 30 seconds walk from the Tokyo Metro Exit. - There is a 7-11 convenience store just below the hotel - There are public hot baths (both indoor and open-air) and sauna on the 11th floor of the hotel, which is a great facility to relax yourself - The room has reasonable space and nicely designed, with USB charging ports conveniently located top of the bedside table. - Free shuttle service (only in the morning) is provided to Tokyo station Cons: - WIFI signal was not stable. All my devices were intermittently disconnected from the network.

We loved the facilities and amenities provided. Onsen is a must go - really clean and comfortable. One of the nicest I’ve been to. What could be improved was the service. One night we were thirsty and asked for bottled water at the reception, a lady staff asked for our room number and disappeared for awhile (we thought she was going to prepare the water bottles). Later, she came out and told us that they have already provided it in our room and we would have to pay. How calculative! This was a huge turn off. On other occasions, the male staffs at the reception were really kind to offer bottled water without hesitation. So clearly the lady staff was just being difficult. Hopefully they can improve the service consistency as this ruined what could have been a perfect experience at Dormy Inn.

New hotel with onsen located next to Kodemmacho subway station”

Stayed in the japanese style room. Spacious and comfortable. Love the onsen facility. If you have JR pass, need to walk less than 10min to Shin Nihombashi station. Have many convenient stores, neighbourhood supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Free shuttle service to Tokyo station is a bonus although not frequent.

Good onsen. Always try to stay at Dormy Inn when we can. Problem getting taxi from Tokyo main station to this hotel. Had to ask four or five taxi drivers until one agreed to take us to hotel. Shuttle from hotel to Tokyo main station convenient in mornings. Took subway from Ueno to Kodemachi in evenings as the subway station just across street.
