Stayed in the private room and loved it :D”
I was here with 3 of my friends. We booked the private room that had 4 beds in a bunk style, private toilet and shower. Nice cosy little room. Place has 2 common spaces and the one at the top floor has a kettle, microwave and fridge. My only complain is that the ladders for the bunk beds are really small so it can get annoying. About a 10min walk to Akihabara Station which is awesome. I had to use google maps to get to the station initially but after the 3rd day I could easily walk back without assistance as the route was pretty simple. It is nice and quiet but isn't too far from the main area of Akihabara. It is less crowded than Shinjuku so that's definitely a plus for me. If you are on a budget I do feel this is the best place you can get around Tokyo area. Staff speaks English :D I would like to emphasize that I am speaking for the private room only. I'm not really sure how it's like in the shared rooms.

What a great hostel! The staff were very courteous and kind, and made their guests feel welcome and part of the group. They even allowed me to avail myself of lobby services before check-in and after checkout. They engaged their customers in conversations and treated us as people, not just a source of money, which was really nice! I will definitely look to these guys next time I visit Tokyo!

I love the place, it’s very clean, near in Akihabara station just like 10 mins away. Near also 7/11 and familyMart, the location is very nice. You could borrow electricfan if you feel warm inside your capsule. I will definitely come back there!

Best place to stay in Akihabara ”
The hotel is located near different subway lines so its really easy to get where you want with less transfers, also really close a convenience store and a 24/7 restaurant, the capsule part is so good if you will only stay for the sleeping time, the staff is also amazing and always helped me and my friend. If I go back to Akihabara I will 100% sure stay there again.

I selected the single bed female dorm, wanted to try for a long time, good to have some spaces to move around and you don’t need to climb up to your bed. Convenience stores located opposite to the hostel. Love the free breakfast, check out time is 11am, which give you time to finish your breakfast and pack up afterwards. Will definitely come again!

Good Value, Friendly staff”
Stayed one night - the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was studying and they even gave me some snacks and wished me luck on my exam! Breakfast was nice - it’s more western style, if that is of interest to you. Miscellaneous information : Towel rentals are one hundred yen, and they have a fridge if you would like to store food.

If you are not hesitate long distance to subway station, I can recommend it. You can travel Akihabara only for 5 minutes just walking!

Pretty nice accomodation”
With low price, good hygiene, nice and english available staffs but location is little tricky. There are akihabara station and asakusabashi station near the hotel. And both station takes about 10~15 mins by walk. And the hotel's facility for food is all concentrated on 1st floor. Someone who doesn't like to meet others during their rest might not like this kind of facility.

Great capsule hotel with cafe-bar in one”
Great capsule hotel and cafe-bar combo combination. The staff are also great. The only issue, at least for the men’s side is a major disrespect by some guests of the no shoes in sleeping area policy. There were many stinky shoes and socks outside capsules even though shoe lockers were providers for guest. The hotel needs to be more firm on this rule. The stench in the sleeping areas can be over powering at time and tarnished the rest of the hotel experience. (That is why I gave 3 stars; all because of the lack of enforcement of the shoes rules.)

We often put a paper on any belongings left at public space to let our guest bring their belongings into the bed or private locker. However, it depends on the situation if we can control them all. Great place for cheap price. There is a family mart nearby. 10 minutes walk to subway/station(s) and there is a small local grocery store nearby for quick grabs and drinks to get.

Pods were fine, earplugs or music recommended as it's easy to hear shuffling/snoring from other guests. Cafe on the 1st floor is a big plus, even open at 3am for your late night food or drink needs. Doing laundry was quick and easy. Was promised that my luggage could be shipped to the next hotel from the front desk on the morning I checked out, but then a different receptionist told me they didn't do that service at all once I was in the process checking out... I was disappointed. That put a lot of stress on the next part of my trip. It's a pretty quiet vibe overall, no one really talks to each other.

Hi Nate, Firstly thank you for staying at our hostel and for sharing your opinion on Agoda. We are more than glad to take aknowlegment that the Cafe area and laundry room were handy enough during your stay with us, and will work out even better to Cafe area be cozy and accessible all time, as laundry room to be clean and always 24h open. We are very to hear the sleeping time wasn't so nice due to other customers' noise. We can't do much about snoring, but we can mind more our customers' manners after late night so there's less shuffling/loud sounds. Also we ask your apologizes about the belonging shipping issue; that was our mistake and lack of communication about shipping services. We can't have all favors clients ask as we are hostel staffs not concierges, but this surely we could have managed better. To prevent this type of mistake, we'll make sure all staffs take good knowlegment on what we can do and what we can't. Thank you once again, Have a nice day, Hannah
