Excellent stay for a couple”
We stayed as a couple for 5 days in the LG Styler Double Room. The queen bed was firm but comfortable. Bathroom was tiny as expected but provided all amenities including razors, soaps, Q-tips, etc. The LG styler was an EXCELLENT perk after eating out (especially at yakitori restaurants!). The hotel is located near the Tameiko-Sanno station (exit 10 is the nearest subway exit). It's very quiet at night, but just a street over is the hustle and bustle of restaurants and bars. There were also 24-hour grocery stores and convenient stores nearby. We enjoyed the breakfast provided in the Irish pub downstairs. There was a good selection of food offered, including fresh croissants, breads, eggs benedict, cereals, rice and tsukemono, ochazuke, bacon, sausages, and baked beans. Great stay, would recommend! ----------------- We also highly recommend trying out Tonkatsu Masamune (Michelin recommended) for juicy, high quality tonkatsu. It's only about a 2 minute walk away from the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a side street where it is quite but does not lack the convenience. There is convenience store right by the corner and a supermarket down the block. Subway is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel offers luggage storage for 300 yen which is not a bad price. Robots check in is one of a kind and gave us a positive experience. The tv in the room is chrome cast enable which u can cast ur favourite shows directly on ur phone. The room also offers a free cell phone for you to make calls for free locally and internationally. It also has build in data where you can take with and use for GPS while travelling. Lastly, the cleaning lady has done a great job in providing service everyday and is very polite.

This hotel is super excellent! it's near subway metro station, exit 11. Bed is very comfortable, pajama is a plus, although the room is small still this hotel is recommended! There is a free toiletries, so you don't need to bring shampoo, conditioner, body shop, comb, shaver, toothbrush and tootpaste :) Breakfast is amazing including american and asian foods (buffet). Over all stay is very excellent and this hotel i highly recommended. Staff are kind and really helpful and Robot receptionist is a plus. Thank you henn na hotel and we'll stay again if we come back to Tokyo!

Great, clean hotel”
I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are quiet, the internet is good, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is located a few minutes from the Ginza subway line, which gives you easy access to most of the major lines in Tokyo. Breakfast is also pretty good, with mostly Japanese choices but also good strong coffee and some western options. Rooms are small, but that's Japan for you. I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding service, incredible experience”
Lost my phone in a taxi one night, and the staff spent hours the next morning helping me get it back (which I did later that day). Oh and robots. How awesome is that?only downsides: I wish they spoke better English and breakfast was a bit meh.

Hotel room was functional despite the small space (pretty much everywhere in Japan). LG styler was a great tool for us to refresh our clothes as well! Housekeeping was great and replaced any items used. Breakfast was a good spread of both western and local cuisine. Many eateries around the area. Convenient to get to several stations nearby.

Pros: - check in with the robot but there is a staff available to help - super clean hotel - the room size is slightly bigger than expected (as we know the room’s size standard in Japan is very small). - non smoking hotel but I could smell cigarette in the room’s bathroom (my room was 1010) - very nice and helpful staff - good location, the nearest JR is akasaka station, about 300m walking distance Super value hotel and highly recommended !!

Cute little hotel!”
I stayed here with my fiance for 9 days. The beds were comfortable and clean. The space is a little small but it honestly didn't bother us because we weren't in the hotel unless we had to sleep or bathe. Breakfast was satisfactory enough, but we didn't end up eating it every day because they served the same thing everyday. The staff was super helpful too. We will be booking again when we come back to Japan again!
