The hotel is a two minute walk from Hanzomon subway station. It is about 20 metres from the walkway/moat surrounding the Imperial Palace. There is a large park about ten minutes walk and the National Theatre is about five minutes away. If you are travelling a lot there is a laundromat about three blocks away. The area has a number of restaurants. The hotel is modern. The room is a good size and very comfortable. My room has a great view of the I peril Palace grounds. The staff were accommodating. The main floor restaurant offers three set breakfasts..Japanese, American and continental. This was included in my room rate and I found the presentation and taste of the Japanese breakfast great.

Best cherry blossom in Tokyo”
A hotel just beside the imperial palace is the best place to start our cherry blossom journey in Japan. The hotel is located 6 minutes from the nearest metro station. It took us some time to find the hotel. The check-in was smooth and enjoyable. The room was small, as expected. But the breakfast was a plus to the overall score. The restaurant staff was polite and efficient (tip: the rice and miso soup was free to add on). It looks like the hotel is best known for the events locally. We noticed that there are a lot of grandmas in traditional kimono during our stay. We will consider to stay there in our next visit to Tokyo.

Just a 5 to 10 miniute walk from Hanzomon Station where there is a lift access at exit 6. The hotel is a good place to stay for anyone looking for a nice quiet location in contrast to busy areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Family Mart is nearby which is very convenient for basic needs like bottled water, snacks, etc. if needed. We stayed in the traditional Japanese style room which was very comfortable and has a great view. This is a really lovely hotel without being extravagant.

We traveled in a rather large group with people coming at the different arrival times. The hotel is clean and beautiful and in a great location for viewing cherry blossoms. The staff members were overall helpful. The rooms were kept spotless and had great views. The breakfasts were delicious. We were able to use their wheelchair for an elder. The hotel was in a great location for those who wanted to be in a beautiful area and away from bustling shopping places. There is an onsen and two places for good and affordable massages. There were some minor hiccups with check in. I would suggest staff members to allow those who have travelled a long way and arrived late at night to check in quickly for a good rest and deal with non-emergency issues in the morning. For those who are non smokers, you need to read carefully when you book your non smoking rooms and follow up with the hotel to make sure a non smoking is reserved.

Great view and good location”
Hotel is located near the Hanzomon station with only 3 mins walk and easy access to major towns like Shibuya and Omotesando. The room we stayed in has a big window and a fantastic view of trees and green around the imperial palace. Hotel is clean and staff is helpful and approachable. Highly recommended.

Good Location, Friendly and helpful staff”
Hotel is located near imperial palace. Impressive view from the top of our room. Peaceful and quiet environmental, a good location to slow down and walk around to explore the area. Will definitely choose to come back again the next time. However, there's not much food choices nearby, only have a few 24hrs convenient store.

Located right next to the Imperial Palace with great views across downtown Tokyo. Spacious rooms and a good choice of restaurants. Subway station is just 3 minutes walk away. Thoroughly recommend.

I love the city view from my hotel window. Amazing! The location is great. I can refresh myself during the pandemic. Just that the atmosphere is quite dull due to the travel restrictions. The hotel is partially used so it is a bit dusty.

Value for Money although...”
... a tad out of the way, and lacks facilities. I supposed it is a convention or business inn more than a hotel? Otherwise, it is a beautiful property. Well run. Very clean. And a breath-taking view from the room overlooking the palace grounds and Parks, government buildings... and city skyline. Mesmerising sunrises and sunsets.

Great View of Imperial Palace”
The hotel is not located in one of those buzzy tourists spots but it is only a few stops from Shibuya. However, it is quite a bit of walk from the JR station to the metro station when changing line at Shibuya. The view from the room is beautiful and is close to the metro station. Quiet neighborhood and there is one traditional public onsen close by. A great experience to try the local public bath. There is elevator at exit 6 so you don’t have to carry your luggage walking up the stairs.

Nice hotel but unhelpful staff”
We stayed here for 2 nights. Requested a non smoking room when I made the booking but we were given a smoking room. When we asked to be moved to a non smoking room we were told there were none available and the staff member offered no apology. When we arrived about 20 minutes before check in we were told our room wasn't ready and asked to wait. We noticed several people also waiting in the lobby. At 2pm check in time, everyone went to the the front desk and all were checked in. Miraculously all the rooms were now ready. We have since stayed at 2 other hotels on our holiday in Kyoto and Osaka and the staff in those hotels were helpful and friendly, not like the staff at this hotel. The room was clean but still smelled of smoke, it was a good size and the bathroom was clean. We won't be coming back here again.
