Nice hotel. Good location. Very clean. Reasonably priced.”
Hotel is small and quiet. I had a single room 140sf with the view of the street on high floor. It's small but cosy and adequate. It's also very clean both the room and bathroom, so I felt comfortable staying there. Close to JR Tokyo station Yeasu entrance/exit, about 10-15 min walk and easy to navigate as the hotel is on a main street. Didnt try out breakfast (menu looks yummy) but had the complimentary late night Japanese meal of rice with a variety of toppings finished with dashi broth. Its every night they have it. Also 5-7pm every evening its happy hour with complimentary beverages and snacks, wine included. Complimentary beverages (except alcohol) are available almost all day till late in the lounge. Tokyo metro and Toei subway are also very close by, within short minutes walk on the main street. Price I paid was very reasonable. Staffs are nice. There is 1 english news channel. A convenient store is just next to the hotel so its very easy to get drinks, food and etc.

Great location and complimentary lounge services”
Excellent location, we picked this hotel as it was an easy walk to Tokyo Station and we had an early morning shinkansen to catch. It’s also right by Tokyo Square Garden where you can find plenty of restaurants, and there was even a farmer’s market happening in the square while we were there. The room itself was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, with USB plug points available and the most comfortable bed of our entire trip. I liked the room’s U-shaped design that made it feel as though the bed was in a room of its own. We really enjoyed the complimentary lounge benefits for guests, such as the teatime honey service, happy hour, and especially the late-night ochazuke supper service (excellent selection available!). We didn’t get to try the morning juice bar or buffet breakfast but it looked fantastic, we’ll have to try it next time. We’re looking forward to staying here again soon!

Big thanks to the receptionist (his name starts with T). We approached him on 12th July night to ask about delivering one of our luggage to the next Tokyo hotel while we will be away at Kyoto for 3D2N. He helped us fill in the delivery service form in Japanese with his nice handwriting and even helped to call my next Tokyo hotel to inform them! As this is our first time trying this arrangement, these gestures helped to put us at ease. We are really grateful for his help and really impressed! Hotel wise, it is in a peaceful neighborhood that is easy and nice to walk around (even to and fro Ginza if the weather is nice!). With Takaracho Subway Station nearby, it's convenient. The room is nice, clean and well thought out design. I'll be back if I visit Japan again!

Great place to stay at for solo travellers”
Hotel Intergate is a very modern hotel which, I believe, is aimed for people travelling for business. As a solo traveller, the room was quite small, but was definitely enough space to stay in and had all the facilities I needed. The room was clean and looked just like in the photo when I booked it. It is a great place to stay if you only plan to stay there to sleep. The location is great walking distance from everything. It has a convenience store right next to the building which was great for when you want late-night food. Upon arrival, for women they give you a mini bag with items that will help you relax in your room such as a hair-tie and choice of bath salts. Would definitely book here again.

Wonderful and surprise stay”
The hotel is close about 10 mins walk from Tokyo station. The hotel is very new and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is the normal size as with many hotel in Japan. However, we were lucky to be given the bigger room which is saw from the layout plan, there is 2 on that floor. Basically, all our requests were fulfilled by the hotel. The staff was very friendly and took time to explain in detail regarding the hotel stay. The staff also spoken decent english. What surprise us was the extra perks that they offered to guests. 6 to 7 am, free coffee. 9 to 11 pm , free supper.

Brand New and Larger room than most at that price”
The hotel is brand new, at least I felt that when I stayed. It's great location and only 10 minutes walk to the Tokyo station. Twin room I stayed is very nice and large for Japan standard. Got room for my 2 large suitcases and some. Bed is comfortable. Absolutely clean is every spot. Convenient store is at the ground floor of the hotel entrance. You don't even need to go outside. Fantastic short stay and will certainly return if I need to go to Tokyo station.

Very Clean, very near to mrt station, good service”
The hotel is very clean and new, around 4 minutes walk to mrt station- Takaracho station exit A4. There is straight train to Haneda and Narita airport from this Takaracho station. There are free coffee in certain timing and free porridge in the evening (certain timing also). This hotel is value for money and very convinient. This is my second time staying in this hotel and when I go back to Tokyo I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

the place was very clean, tidy and had everything I needed. they offered a bath bomb, and even gave a set of lotion, face cleanser and make up remover along with a hair tie for when you do a facial routine. They held my luggage when I checked out and were very kind and spoke a great deal of English. Friendly, helpful and kind staff. I would totally stay here again!

One of the most extravagant and plentiful breakfasts I've ever had!”
The big draw here, I believe, are the multiple lounge perks. There's always something happening in the lounge; either buffet breakfast, tea time, or happy hour. We booked around New Year's and were served free-flowing champagne for days. Every morning I wished I had a bigger appetite! The room is also fine; ours had a small vestibule that turned out to be very convenient to keep the luggage out of the way. Hotel is also very conveniently located. One of the best value for money if you're looking for a satisfying breakfast that will hold you up all day.

Best Tokyo City Experience ”
Conveniently located between Ginza Line and Oedo Line and travelling is easy. Hotel is clean, neat and comes with mini bathtub and shower amenities for female customers. Hotel staffs are very helpful and polite, rooms are not too big but good enough for 1 or 2. Definately coming back for more.

The hotel was very accommodating. We had to change our reservations twice at the last minute and the hotel accommodated us both times without penalty. The rooms were clean and the English speaking staff was friendly. Breakfast had 4 kinds of fruits daily which you don’t often see at Japanese hotel breakfast. Overall the breakfast was great.

Perfectly positioned for the central railway station (ten minutes' walk) with clean and beautifully equipped small rooms. We were unable to take advantage of the very welcome complimentary afternoon tea or early evening drinks, as we were at the kabuki for a splendid four-and-a-half hours - again, only fifteen minutes' walk from the hotel.

Perfect stay back home”
As a lawyer in finance I have traveled a lot and in different countries and also in private life, I love to travel. So I experienced very different standards and level of service. But Japan is extraordinary in customer service - and so is this hotel. New hotel close to underground station, very clean and spacious (Japan standard) with convenience store downstairs. There is a very pleasant area at lobby level where you can chat with friends, free food too. Will definitely come back.

Great place within around 10 minute walk of Tokyo Station”
The lower priced rooms are smaller for my foreigner standards, but they were quite nice. Perfect for sleeping and relaxing with A/C unit on. Staff are profession and nice. Favorite thing was that you can use the self check out machines for fast and easy check out.

10min walk from Tokyo station which is convenient when arriving from the airport or taking the shinkansen. Smack between 2 other subway stations which is super convenient to go to all the main attractions in Tokyo. Hotel is very new with free flow of drinks at lobby. Rooms r new and nice. Love this hotel very much and definitely will be my choice next time I visit Tokyo!

Great location, so so service ”
The location is great. It’s close to two metro station. The facilities are all in good shape. Pros sky because it’s new. Room to improve for services. A few unpleasant experience encountered during my 7 nights stay 1. the staff asked me to take a seat and wait for the coffee in the lobby. I enjoyed myself for over 20 min but my coffee still hadn’t arrived. Eventually, the staff missed it! There were less than 5 guests. How can it be? 2. I left the hotel at 7am and returned after 3pm to take a break, but my room still hadn’t been tidied up. What’s even worse is, the staff kept knocking my door and called my room saying I must let them tidy the room NOW! Come on, I have gave you more than 8 hours to get your job done. How come you can let me to take 30 min break peacefully! 3. There is no ice machine in the hotel, which is rare compared with other Japanese hotel. I call the front desk, but instead of delivering what I want to my room, I need to get it from the reception myself
