This is a centrally located hotel - extremely accessible to both Haneda and Narita Airport via Higashi-Nihonbashi station (this station is just 5mins away from the hotel). There's also Bakurocho and also Bakuroyokoyama stations which give you access to all of Tokyo. Convenience stores are also abundant and there's even a grocery store across the street with a small fruit/veggie market at the ground floor. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I'm in Tokyo.

Very comfortable”
Bed was very comfortable, comparable to a 3-star hotel. Room was small but as expected for this price range. Robe and slippers are provided so no need to bring night clothes. Very close to Bakurocho station, and a few minutes from Higashi-nihonbashi station which connects directly to Narita Airport. Only issue is that you could hear the trains and cars outside, though only faintly. If you want total quiet, this hotel may not be for you.

Strength - just walk 2 minutes from exit gate no.2 (west) of Bakurocho station (JR) - surrounded by restaurant, minimart and supermarket with cheap price - toilet is separated from the bathroom so you have more space in bathroom - room is little bigger than other hotel, it's very functional, clean and cozy with fully equipment such as microwave, air purifier, hair dryer and refrigerator Weakness - no escalator and elevator in Bakurocho station

Great location, Great Value for money”
Close to 3 stations gives multiple chose for travel. Akihabara district is just 25 min walk or 1 station travel. Staff is helpful and supportive. Rooms are clean. There was some dust behind the TV, but who wants to go behind the TV, right!? Overall good value for money.

No refund ”
Even though I had to cancel my last night due to Covid 19 crisis, they didn't accept to refund me even partially! And the worst is they gave fake reason to justify themselves, they pretended they won't refund because I left the hotel at 5pm..which was litellray impossible as my boarding time was 4h25 pm... Of course I left at 12pm. But even on those time of crisis some hôtels are really careless and ready to lie in order to avoid refund customers...

Sorry A Below our Expectation of a Metro Trokyo hotel ”
Unfortunately, our experience of a small metro Tokyo hotel before was so good that we can only make it as a baseline for comparison. We can not help it sorry for that. this hotel does not in any way come in the middle from below towards the low end of our expectation of a similarly priced metro Tokyo hotel. But we had a safe place to sleep while in Tokyo. there is no free coffee at least in Reception. Sorry

A quiet place in the middle of Metro Tokyo”
I stayed here last February 2018 for 3 nights. The place is a real value for money. The room is not too small, bathroom is great and neighborhood is not noisy. The receptionist hardly speaks English but is so accommodating and helpful. I also appreciate that there is a laundry area, though I think it is a standard in most business hotels in Japan (?). There are convenience stores and groceries nearby, a very delicious udon place across the hotel and a yakisoba shop a few steps from it. Overall, my stay is great for someone who often roams the city on a day. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Tokyo On A Budget”
When going to Tokyo, no one wants to spend $300+ a night for a room that you will only be in to sleep at night. This was a great room to rest my head at night and clean up for the following day. It wasnt huge or luxurious, but that didnt matter since i was only there to sleep. Not far from a lot of areas of Tokyo that are popular. Nice that they had a Beer vending machine in the lobby in case you just wanted a quick cool beer at night before going to sleep.
